  Incredible MSI - AM5 motherboard. Almost flawless

  This motherboard is 95/100. The overall build quality, the features, the amount of ports on the back I/O, and the performance is just night/day from my older AM4 5950X workstation. This is by far the best Motherboard I've ever owned. It's incredible. I manually clocked the RAM to 5600hz. I know I can go higher, but with 128GB, I'm happy where I am. Older 128GB DDR4 RAM was running stable at 3200hz. You can FEEL the difference of DDR5 RAM. I run a lot of virtualization so I'm not looking to squeeze out the highest possible RAM frequency before my motherboard becomes unstable. Just moderate increase. AMD 9950X3D2 CPU is stock settings w/ECO power profile. I shoot for cool and stable system builds.Ver másVer menos

  Great product

  For building an AI Server it works great with on board gpu leaves Nvidia gpu all fo pros sewing AI and engineering. Paired wiwith 9 9950 gives this system a solid system and great performance.

  Bad port quality. Bad amazon options to compensate the costumer.

  Unfortunately, I am having a bad experience with this brand on this occasion. When I attempted to connect the second cable to the MSI motherboard's front-panel USB 3.0 port, the plastic housing supporting the connection—which was either loose to begin with or somehow detached from the motherboard—came right off. All of this happened after I had already fully assembled the computer and installed the OEM version of Windows (since we had been waiting for that second cable). I am somewhat disappointed by the limited solutions offered by Amazon. The representative who assisted me was very polite, but the proposed solutions were far from ideal; they could only issue a refund after I returned the defective motherboard, yet they did not offer the option to return the faulty unit in exchange for a new one. Nor did they offer any discount to compensate for the defective motherboard itself, or for the fact that we would now have to purchase a new copy of Windows, as the original license was tied to the PC's specific hardware components. While the motherboard seems to perform well in terms of operating system functionality, the quality of that specific port proved to be poor on this particular unit.Ver másVer menos

  The best Starting motherboard with Asynchronous ECLK

  This board is intuitive and simple to change settings on the fly. I can store several profiles for different conditions. The ability to set eclk to asynchronous is a game changer. I can run my 9850x3d to 5.8ghz boost with drr5 ram running at cl26 6000. Everything I test on it is stable. Everything stays cool. The quality of the board and materials is top notch.   BIOS a 64 Gb

  Ho acquistato questa scheda madre e inizialmente non volevo spingermi su una scheda di questo livello, ma poi... mi sono deciso e devo dire che l'unica cosa negativa, se così posso dire, è stato il fatto che ho dovuto aspetta più del solito rispetto ai tempi di Amazon, ma era già tutto spiegato al momento dell'ordine quindi non la si può far rientrare tra le cose negativa , fatto sta che siccome è arrivata dagli USA c'è voluto qualche giorno. Detto questo che dire... è ottima, come immagino saprete e, visto che ci sono, aggiungo per chi non lo sapesse che rispetto alla MSI X870e Carbon wifi (non MAX) questa ha come unica differenza il BIOS a 64Gb, che la rende più duratura, supporterà meglio i futuri aggiornamenti. Tutto qui, spero di non pentirmene, ma conoscendo MSI sono molto fiducioso. Buon proseguimento!Ver másVer menos
