  Awesome chair and customer service

  Excellent ergonomic chair with outstanding customer service!I purchased the TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair (White) back in July 2025 and have been using it daily for work and some light gaming. This chair is a solid performer — the mesh back and seat keep things breathable even during longer sessions, the lumbar support is adjustable and comfortable, and the overall build feels sturdy (I'm well under the 330 lb rating). The wheels glide smoothly, the armrests are supportive, and it’s easy to adjust height, tilt, and recline. It looks modern and professional in my home office too.After about 6 months of regular use, I had a minor issue with one of the parts. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, shipped a replacement part immediately at no cost, and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and really turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience. The chair has been working perfectly since the replacement.Highly recommend this chair if you’re looking for something ergonomic, comfortable, and well-supported by the company behind it.   Comfortable, sturdy, and easy to assemble!

  I’m very impressed with this office chair. It was easy to assemble, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The lumbar support and adjustable headrest provide excellent comfort, even after sitting for long hours. The mesh back keeps me cool, and the flip-up armrests are very convenient when I need more space at my desk. The chair feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and offers great value for the price.   Overall best office chair I've tried, and I've tried a number of them. Get it.

  Great chair. All the bells and whistles. Easy to assemble. The fold-up armrests are very helpful.The downside with ALL office chairs, including this one? I don't like the stock wheels-they all seem to be the same. I always order a set of 5 double skate wheel-style replacement casters, $20 or under. They will last FOREVER, and your chair will glide smoooothly! Here are the ones I got from Amazon for this chair: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D5D2NDGR?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0.3 minutes to pop them on. Boom.The actual seat cover that you sit on...vinyl "PU leather." Doesn't breathe. I would like to see them make this with a breathable mesh cover where you sit all day like they used on the sides of the seat fabric, then it would be perfect. Easy fix-Grab a "tush cushion" made for office chairs. Yeah, another 20 bucks, but you'll be in that chair a lot. Enjoy the ride.Overall, easy operational functions, it rocks, great lumbar support, great back curve shape, breathable yet supportive back, great quality, a great-looking chair, and very comfy. I spend 8-10 hours in it, and I am 6'-3", fits like a glove. I can even lie my head back, recline, and take a catnap if I want. Good bargain.I am a SHOPPER, and this is the best I could find, especially in this price range! I would definitely buy another one. Do yourself a favor and get one!Ver másVer menos

  Great option for a great price

  I REALLY like this chair. Originally it arrived without wheels but quick contact with the sellers customer service and they sent me wheels right away. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes you never know and I was pleasantly surprised.I love that the arms of the chair can flip up so I can choose to use them if I feel like it. I typically don’t use chair arms and have to remove them, but having the option is even better.The seat area is very large, which I like since I’m someone who usually has a leg up on my chair and I still have plenty of space for my booty.I’m short (5’3”) and this chair works well for me. I prefer to rest my feet on the tops of the wheels & chair legs since I’m used to not touching the floor. Just the same, the height adjustment is helpful if I didn’t prefer to float a little higher off the ground.The seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It’s lasted perfectly for the last 7 months. It’s lighter in color and could stain easily if you’re not careful with your morning coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos
