  Awesome chair and customer service

  Excellent ergonomic chair with outstanding customer service!I purchased the TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair (White) back in July 2025 and have been using it daily for work and some light gaming. This chair is a solid performer — the mesh back and seat keep things breathable even during longer sessions, the lumbar support is adjustable and comfortable, and the overall build feels sturdy (I'm well under the 330 lb rating). The wheels glide smoothly, the armrests are supportive, and it’s easy to adjust height, tilt, and recline. It looks modern and professional in my home office too.After about 6 months of regular use, I had a minor issue with one of the parts. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, shipped a replacement part immediately at no cost, and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and really turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience. The chair has been working perfectly since the replacement.Highly recommend this chair if you’re looking for something ergonomic, comfortable, and well-supported by the company behind it.   Great product with comfort fitting options and very responsive service personnel

  Overall a comfortable desk chair due to a great mesh set up, which deals with the entire back and even the head. Accompanying this is an arm below the side of the seat to be pushed down or pulled up to operate the gas lift setup for adjusting the height of the seat, a tilt control for the chair to give you the right angle for your seated comfort, an adjustable lumbar support, armrests that not only swivel upright out of the way when wanted but also which have a padded top that can be shifted 3 inches forward or back to adjust for your arms' comfort. The shaped seat cushion has a 20x20 inch high density foam padding about 3 inches thick. The covering material for the seat and armrests is very durable and easy to clean. The five star base's 5 wheels allow easy and any direction movement required. Even on non hard flooring it moves easily enough.Assembly instructions provide you with step-by-step information and photos of the process as well as a page with all of the parts in photo form and indicating where extra backup pieces are available. All the Allen head bolts, washers and even a T handle allen wrench are found in a cardstock backed plastic bubble pack with labels for each category of part in each bubble section. As a side note, the shipping box is just about the right height to use as an assembly bench for some of the assembly.Contact with service personnel is by email, but they do get back to you within at most a 12 hour period and are very concerned to be giving the customer the best service, which was what I was given.Whether you are small, large or inbetween you should be able to adjust this chair to your desired level of comfortVer másVer menos

  Great option for a great price

  I REALLY like this chair. Originally it arrived without wheels but quick contact with the sellers customer service and they sent me wheels right away. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes you never know and I was pleasantly surprised.I love that the arms of the chair can flip up so I can choose to use them if I feel like it. I typically don’t use chair arms and have to remove them, but having the option is even better.The seat area is very large, which I like since I’m someone who usually has a leg up on my chair and I still have plenty of space for my booty.I’m short (5’3”) and this chair works well for me. I prefer to rest my feet on the tops of the wheels & chair legs since I’m used to not touching the floor. Just the same, the height adjustment is helpful if I didn’t prefer to float a little higher off the ground.The seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It’s lasted perfectly for the last 7 months. It’s lighter in color and could stain easily if you’re not careful with your morning coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos
