Great Buy on a Powerful Mid Level Desktop
I moved to this new MSI from a nearly 10-year-old Windows 10 desktop that I built. The box was shipped with no issues. They packed the inside of the computer case with a foam insert, and every part was rock solid. Initial setup and boot were EZ with zero issues. Only two bloatware programs were installed, along with Norton 360.This thing is fast and so far problem-free. Not a big gamer, but this computer runs Adobe with zero issues for editing 4K and HD video and photos. After Effects is fast. I think it was a deal and a big upgrade for me.Ver másVer menos

Was a great computer but
This is an amazing pc. It’s super fast, and I’m loving gaming on it. It’s jam packed full of junk I don’t need from Norton anticrap to a lot of other junk that’s taken hours to find and uninstall. It’s a great pc, but be prepared for the bloat. It’s almost as bad as getting one from Best BuyUpdated mid July cause it’s started going down hill. Takes 2 mins to boot up and even then it’s still slow as a can be. Don’t understand why it started doing this. Seems like all the Amazon PC I buy does this.I deleted all the bloatware and it seems like it’s got worse since thenVer másVer menos

Great machine, not so great software from MSI
I purchased this on Prime Day to replace my ancient desktop running a 22 nm processor with integrated graphics. It was a good value even with the elevated costs of components these days. Overall this is an impressive machine. It was built and packed well, it arrived without any loose connections or visible damage and the wires are all tucked away neatly. The case is a little on the cheap side but it has good airflow and no major problems that I can see. The fans are quiet. The RAM does not run at 6000mhz as claimed on amazon, it is 4800mhz, although it is dual channel which is nice. The SSD is a WD green SN3000, it is nice to see name a name brand component here even if it is lower end. The GPU and CPU are very capable and I haven't really stressed them yet but I expect them to hold up well.My biggest problem with the machine is the software/firmware. The preinstalled windows comes with excessive bloatware and trash. I decided to wipe the drive and use a clean install, although when I did Windows 11 couldn't find a driver for the wifi card. I then followed instructions from MSI website to install "MSI Center" which is itself very scammy looking and full of tracking, bloatware, upsells, and ads. Even after doing everything MSI asked I still couldn't find the driver for the wifi card. Maybe it is still out there somewhere tucked away between AI powerpoint generators and Norton Antivirus, or maybe this my is punishment for not accepting their bloatware filled Windows. Anyway I have ordered a PCI wifi adapter and disabled the onboard wifi in bios. Other than the wifi everything else works fine and I was even able to hook up a SATA SSD I already had for additional space. The hardware is very impressive and it should last a very long time. But if the motherboard ever dies I will be looking at Gigabyte or Asrock.Ver másVer menos

Happy gaming high end with this PC
Been using this PC for a few weeks, got on prime sale. Loads and runs cyberpunk great. I didn’t have Ray tracing or DLSS etc before so you can imagine the Graphics are nice upgrade. Case lights cycle through the rainbow and look pretty.So far very happy if it lasts me years to come (will edit this if something breaks early etc)Uninstall Norton antivirus 😝Ver másVer menos

The official listing images prominently display the premium MSI Forge GK110 Keyboard and Mouse combo. However, the factory-sealed box I received contained a lower-tier, generic MSI S11 accessory set instead.When I contacted the manufacturer regarding this hardware mismatch, their support team officially responded in writing that they put different keyboards and mice into these pre-built boxes depending on current factory component availability. They stated that their physical specifications are subject to change without notice. Essentially, buying this desktop means gambling on a hardware lottery regarding which accessories you actually get. Your box might contain the premium gear shown in the pictures, or it might contain inferior parts.Buyers should also know that if you receive the mismatched components and want the correct ones, standard customer support channels cannot send replacement parts or offer partial adjustments. The only option provided is to initiate a complete return and refund of the entire heavy desktop computer.
