Plug and Play
Extremely happy with it. It is very quiet, remains cool, very easy plug and play setup, Runs Escape from Tarkov and Delta Force with ease. Also has easy to use app pre installed for customizing RGB lights and themes.

Happy. Working well Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon. Looks good.
2 days in.Up side: Running a monero miner VM with only 4 cores I am getting 2.7 KH/s Running at 82C with a 29C ambient. I played Kenshi on Steam. Worked very well zone loading was lightning fast. I ran a quick Minecraft test with "Legacy Loader", All good. Running Kenshi + the miner VM I hit 85C. Connected to my NAS with no problem. I have 7 tabs in B rave Browser and Thunderbird running. I have not yet setup Orca Slicer for my 3D printer or Bambu. Nor have I set up any Arduino(ish) IDE. But I do not expect any issues as I have already used these Linux apps.The down side: Had to remove Microslop. Installed Linux Mint Cinnamon.Dell does not support Linux. So if there is an app to dim the BRIGHT CYAN Lights. I will have to figure it out or wait for some Linux Guru to do it for me. That is all the negative. Well wish I could have purchased it with Mint.All in all I gave it 5*Good Machine.Ver másVer menos

Good computer at a fair price.
Good computer. Silent. Sometimes it refuses to start. After a google search, it turns out that you have to complete discharge the system from time to time to get it going. I don't like all the lights on so I was able to turn them off via the included app. Only left the logo on so that I know the machine is on. Fast enough but not "wow" fast. It takes quite a bit to start (2 minutes) but after that it is fine. I have not played many games but the few I have played (Ghost of Tsushima, portal 2, World of tanks Blitz) played well on high settings. Wireless network card works fine.Ver másVer menos

Amazon couldn't care less about your business.
First of all, the computer is a fine machine as you would expect from Dell. The problem lies in buy it from Amazon. First of all, despite ordering it before the deadline it arrived nearly two days late forcing me to take days of work off to try and meet it. Secondly, the spec sheet shows a DVD optical drive...there isn't one. Nor have they changed the specs to reflect this. People that buy this machine will still think they're getting a DVD drive. Finally, they dropped the price $100 less than 24 hours after I purchased it and despite all the other mistakes they committed, wouldn't entertain price matching (despite the missing DVD drive). In fact, their only offer was for me to remove everything I had installed on the box, pack it up and send it back for a refund....the repurchase it for the lower price. Welcome to Amazon baby,. So in closing, this is a great computer I just wouldn't buy it from Amazon. Get it from Dell instead. Their customer support is quite a bit better.Ver másVer menos

I was skeptical, but very satisfied
I was genuinely expecting this to be a bad experience. But the PC arrived overnight, early in the morning. There were damages to the packaging (I once worked as a Warehouse Manager, so I recognized fork holes immediately) so at some point, this box was damaged in a warehouse, probably while on a pallet of six other computers. But... the internal padding protected the PC itself.Once I got it opened, and plugged it. It booted right up, and within 20 minutes I was playing games. Incredibly easy, even 2 months later, the PC is running smooth, playing all the games I could want it to on the maximum graphic settings, very quiet and low temp, and has had absolutely no issues hardware wise.Of course, I had to adjust to the new OS because my old PC was 7 years old, so there were some settings I had to look up and that caused a little bit of annoyance at first (computer put itself to sleep after only a few minutes of me being AFK, and when I try to put it to sleep, my Razer mouse and Keyboard kept waking it up randomly, but I figured out the settings and now it all works great.)Ver másVer menos

I bought this for work digital art
With some of the complaints I was not sure how the product would arrive. Everything I expect to be part of the computer was in it. The CPU dose read as a 2.4ghz processor, but it scales up to 5.3ghz. I have informed Dell of this discrepancy and recommended they adjust that part of the description for this computer. It does however come with a base keyboard and mouse which I was not expecting and that was an awesome surprise. So far so good. The computer is quick and smooth. Like with any pc there are operational quirks to figure out with new software and getting provisional software like anti-virus up and running. That said, I bought this for work digital art and so far, while using three monitors, as long as I don't go crazy high for the size on advanced brushes everything is what I want it to be. The colors and the framerates are steady. I will update if anything nasty occurs in the short term.Ver másVer menos
