It just requires a few minutes of seeping in hot water.It has a floral aroma and feels healthy to drink.   For me, camomile herbal tea is gentle for the tummy, great for relaxation, and calming for sleep. It is thought that tea is already inncredibly healthful. I think the leaves are fragrant yet mild, and the it tastes smooth and neutral. The plastic-wrapped box of this product is handy and it is a great value. There is a card included for you to write your thoughts as well, which is a nice touch. The classic bags are as you would expect (tea leaves in a paper with strings atteched to the label) as you find elswhere. The tea is not so strong, so you can leave it in for maixmum steep without problems like acidity.This is what I tend to drink when I have trouble relaxing, and my stomach could be the culprit a lot of the time. Also, I have been known to add more herbs like mint, and such ingredients as ginger. I recommended this to my husband who suffers with frequent upsets instead of sodas, because of culprits like carbonation, acids, and sugars. He also suffers with tension.I recommend this item for your family. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, and I am very sensitive.This can also be put into a care package for your loved ones that might include honey, cheeses, meats, crackers, toasts/crisps.
