This is a great value for quantity and price, by quality and integrity of this product.

For me, camomile herbal tea is gentle for the tummy, great for relaxation, and calming for sleep. It is thought that tea is already inncredibly healthful. I think the leaves are fragrant yet mild, and the it tastes smooth and neutral. The plastic-wrapped box of this product is handy and it is a great value. There is a card included for you to write your thoughts as well, which is a nice touch. The classic bags are as you would expect (tea leaves in a paper with strings atteched to the label) as you find elswhere. The tea is not so strong, so you can leave it in for maixmum steep without problems like acidity. This is what I tend to drink when I have trouble relaxing, and my stomach could be the culprit a lot of the time. Also, I have been known to add more herbs like mint, and such ingredients as ginger. I recommended this to my husband who suffers with frequent upsets instead of sodas, because of culprits like carbonation, acids, and sugars. He also suffers with tension.I recommend this item for your family. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, and I am very sensitive. This can also be put into a care package for your loved ones that might include honey, cheeses, meats, crackers, toasts/crisps. I send care packages to my loved ones via Amazon gift service, option at checkout. This is a great value for quantity and price, by quality and integrity of this product. No soy, caffeine, gluten, and sugar-free.Enjoy!Ver másVer menos

High Quality, Great Aroma, No Bitterness

The box contains forty individually-wrapped bags of tea. This is nice because the tea will stay fresher for longer. The product is manufactured in Vietnam and contains only dried chamomile flowers (so far as I can tell).Inside the box, there is a bifold cardboard insert, encouraging you to start a daily tea routine that includes preparing the tea with intention (mindfulness), encouraging you to drink your tea unrushed, checking in with your body on how it feels. On the inside of the insert (see photo), there is a tree branch to color as you journey from the first leaf (your first cup of tea) to the fortieth (your last cup of tea). There is even a little section where you can journal the first cup, the tenth, the twentieth, and the fortieth. It's so cute! Such a cool idea.Steeping instructions on the box: 8 oz of freshly boiling water, steep for 4-5 minutes. The box says to then squeeze the tea bag, but I wouldn't recommend that. Also, typical chamomile instructions are to use water *close to* boiling rather than boiling and to steep to the strength you prefer (between 3 and 10 minutes). This chamomile tea is pleasant and pure with a great aroma and flavor. I didn’t find it to be bitter at all. It's a good value for the money. Supposedly, chamomile has health benefits of being good for digestion and for lowering stress. Worth a try!Ver másVer menos
