Smooth Energy and Great Muscle Pumps – Highly Convenient Capsules
If you are looking for a reliable nitric oxide booster to support your workout endurance and circulation, these L-Citrulline capsules from Micro Ingredients are an excellent option. For anyone who prefers the convenience of quick capsules over mixing sour, unflavored powders into a shaker bottle, this formula delivers the exact same performance benefits with zero prep time.Pros:- Excellent Workout Performance: Taking these consistently before exercise leads to noticeably better muscle pumps, increased vascularity, and improved endurance during heavy lifting or high-intensity training.- No Messy Powders: L-Citrulline powder is notoriously sour and can easily clump up. Having it in a clean, pre-measured capsule form makes it incredibly easy to take on the go.- Clean and Pure Formula: The product is non-GMO and gluten-free without unnecessary fillers, which means it doesn't cause any jittery side effects or stomach discomfort, even when taken on an empty stomach.- Large Supply: With 240 capsules per bottle, it provides a solid, long-lasting supply that keeps your routine consistent without requiring constant reorders.Cons:- Capsule Serving Size: Because a full serving requires 3,000 mg of L-Citrulline, you do have to swallow multiple capsules at once to get the optimal pre-workout dose.- Timing is Key: To get the maximum benefit for your workouts, you need to time your dosage about 30 to 45 minutes before training, meaning it requires a bit of daily planning.Value for Money:This supplement offers fantastic value for the money. While bulk powders are sometimes slightly cheaper per gram, the massive time-saving convenience, lack of sour taste, and high-quality ingredient purity more than justify the price. It delivers a premium pre-workout boost at a very reasonable cost per serving, making it a smart investment for your daily fitness routine.Ver másVer menos

Quality L Citrulline, but a lot of capsules
I've been using L Citrulline as part of my pre workout routine for better pumps and blood flow, and this is a solid product. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and I like that they're non GMO and gluten free. After taking it consistently, I noticed the benefits I typically expect from L Citrulline during my F45 workouts. It seems to do its job, and I haven't experienced any stomach issues or unwanted side effects. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the serving size. To get the full 3,000 mg dose, you have to take several capsules, which is a little inconvenient compared to using a powder that can be mixed into a pre workout drink. If you're already taking a handful of supplements, it definitely adds to the pill count.Overall, it's a quality supplement with clean ingredients that performs as expected. If you prefer capsules over powders, this is a good choice, but just be prepared to take multiple capsules per serving.Ver másVer menos

Good Product From A Good Company At A Good Value
L-Citrulline 3,000 mg by Micro Ingredients - Nitric Oxide Amino Acid Supplement240 Capsules at 4 per day = Two month supplyTHE VALUEWhen these are 20% off (like when I wrote this) they are exactly the same value for L-Citrulline from any company, which is the best value.THE TASTEThese have no taste and are easy to take. Although I should say that I have no problem with any size capsule. It’s the big tablets I sometimes have a hard time swallowing, but if I take them with either Almond milk, or Vegan Protein Powder in Almond milk, it’s a lot easier to swallow all my supplements.DO THEY HELP?Yes they do. I have more energy taking supplements like these, I have had much better workouts. I am stronger in the gym. I lift heavier for longer. These are great.THE COMPANY AND THE TESTINGHeadquartered, processed and packaged in California, utilizing global raw ingredient sources. Manufactured in registered current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facilities. Third-Party Testing by independent laboratories for heavy metals, micro-organisms, purity, and potency.THEY ARE EFFECTIVE AND I HAVE MORE ENERGYEXPIRATION DATEMay 2028. Arrived June 2026.SAFETY SEALGood seal around cap.Ver másVer menos

A really good value!
I have not used L-Citrulline e much, but I have read a lot about it. It's highly regarded among those who are serious about their weight training. Getting that nitric oxide boost prior to a training or performance session is important if you are pushing the limits (or even if you just want "the pump"). There are other ways to get it, for example with L-Arginine (my long-time weapon of choice). That said, many coaches and athletes believe L-Citrulline is the best way. Sometimes I switch to it and at those times I don't notice any decrease, so it is at least on par with the L-Arginine I use. While the powdered form is more affordable than capsules, it's also less convenient than capsules. This Micro Ingredients product combines the best of both, with a "bulk sized" bottle of 240 capsules for under $20. These capsules are easy to swallow. Four of these will give you 3g (3,000 mg). I checked with Science Insights, and they say people get the best results with 3g to 6g per day. The further tips the scales toward a capsule format, because mixing that much in water means drinking quite a bit of water just to get it all down.Unlike some competing products, this doesn't also contain other substances of dubious value or safety. And there's no filler. It says on the bottle, "More of what matters" and that's exactly what you get.Ver másVer menos
