I love this stuff as a pre workout! It tastes good too. I don’t get any bad side effects from it and definitely has helped me avoid drinking energy drinks. It is a small size bottle, maybe a months worth. But totally worth it!

My husband has been using this for years and still hasn’t got burnt out. He mixes this with water on his workout days 4x per week and loves it. It mixes well and kicks in quick. No side effects, and one of the cheapest pre-workouts out there.

Love this stuff. Always kicks in within 20 or 30 minutes after taking. Taste better than most products out there at half the cost never really had any side effects unless you count get you pumped up to work out.
