A great addition yo supplements for women going through perimenopause or post menopause!!
These are Lukaree’s Gabba & 5HTP Mushroom Ashwagandha 13-in-1 natural support gummies, to promote cognitive and sleep support, focus, memory and mood, and balanced cortisol health. All things that are important and helpful in perimenopause and post menopausal health. The gabba, 5HTP, and ashwagandha are very important ingredients to making this a useful and successful supplement.The gummies are pleasing consistency, great tasting, easy to swallow and I had no negative side effects. I find they’re helping rest my circadian rhythm, in my opinion, personally, but results will vary from person to person. Always check with a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement or medication. I would definitely recommend these to women who are entering or going through menopause, or perimenopause. It comes in a 3 pack of 60 gummies per bottle and 2 gummies per serving. Theres a 3 month supply with the order. I feel rested when I wake
I recieved this through Vine and was excited by it being in a 3 pack. I need to be careful to check all reactions to other medications and supplements! Ashwagandha can interfere with dopamine. 5htp effects serotonin. I was able to take this and relax into a restful sleep, awaking ready to take on the day. My sister's mind races. She is finding it easier to sleep. Me other sister is coping with stress and hormone issues. She is resting better. All 3 of us are giving this supplement a thumbs up. They're slightly harder than some of the other gummies I've tried but they don't stick together, which is a plus. They have a nice berry flavor to mask the mushroom.Ver másVer menos

tasty gummies with no strong mushroom flavor
I was a little hesitant to try these at first because mushroom-based supplements sometimes have a very earthy or strong taste, but that wasn't the case here at all. The gummies have a pleasant fruity aroma and a sweet-tart flavor that makes them easy to take. If I didn't know mushrooms were one of the ingredients, I probably wouldn't have guessed it from the taste alone. The flavor is well balanced and doesn't leave any unusual aftertaste.The texture is also nicely done. The gummies have a bit of chew to them without being overly tough, and they don't stick excessively to my teeth like some gummy supplements do.
