Great product. Makes it easier to take supplements
Was taking most of these supplements individually prior to finding this product. Was worried that one product could not be as effective as taking the pills individually, but completely wrong. Great stack for sleep and more
I bought this inside of ordering just l-theanine last time, which I took for sleep with a couple of other supplements. This works better and it seems like I am less stressed during the day. The same things happen. They are still problems. But less thinking the sky is falling.Ver másVer menos

I got this to help me sleep. It works. When taking, I fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.

Non-Drowsy Chill in a Bottle!
I've been using this supplement for three weeks now daily and must say I'm a fan! The great combination of soothing herbals and amino acids was great paired up with black pepper to help with absorption. I could feel the calming effects within an hour of taking a capsule with zero drowsiness, and use one in the morning and one at night. It's a great friend for those with tough jobs, hectic families, or stressful situations. It worked well to help me thorough my military career day.When taken in the morning, it helped to lift my mood for a cheery day while also giving me a nice burst of starting energy. Curiously, the same stuff also yields deep and restorative sleep. I usually drink a ridiculous amount of chamomile tea for sleep, but found that this supplement taken a few hours before bedtime winds me down much better. I didn't wake as much at night as I usually do; waaay less tossing and turning.When needed, I sometimes took my morning dose later in the day when I knew I was about to be stressed, or after stressful periods. Ashwagandha and 5-HTP are known stress-busters and did wonderfully to help me through stressful sudden situations (Surprise! You're briefing the General today!) and tension-filled workdays (I was cool as a cucumber at my rifle qualification range). Best of all, this bottle comes with 150 capsules to last for months even if you take 2 tablets per day. I am sleeping deeper and longer and breathing better!
There are 150 capsules in a dark plastic bottle. The serving is 1 capsule 1-2 times a day making this a 150 day supply if taken 1 time a day.
