Bought several to leave attached to lasers and other machines that don't have USB-C ports
These are great when you've got USB-A based machines (lasers, CNC cutters, etc) and USB-C only laptops. I've given up on trying to remember to carry one of these hubs around with my laptop, and now I just buy one for each machine and leave it hooked up so it effectively adapts the machine to USB-C. Works great.Ver másVer menos

Works great for a dual monitor setup
I picked this up after having issues with another USB-C hub that wasn’t working reliably, and this one has been a solid replacement. I’ve been using it with my work Chromebook, and it had no problem connecting my two external monitors along with my other plugins.Everything has worked as expected so far. It’s compact, feels well made, and has been reliable during my workday without random disconnects or other issues. If you need a USB-C hub for a Chromebook or laptop with multiple monitors and accessories, this has worked great for me.Ver másVer menos

Very Convenient! yes screen out of 10
It’s lasted a very decent time so far! now almost a year! The three options of hdmi, usb c, and a usb is very convenient! Was at a hangout to play a game (restaurant tycoon 3) but I only had one usb to usb c adapter for a mouse but then I remembered the adapter has the usb slot! And of course the hdmi port was really handy when I had a movie I wanted to play on the tv.Surprisingly it runs cool!

Works But Didn't Help Me
Unfortunately, this didn't help me with my problem. My phone would work, but no visuals on the screen. I could unlock it by getting lucky with my pin code entry. But plugging this in to use my monitor as a screen didnt work. Worked beautifully with my tablet and replacement phone. Sad I couldn't do a backup and transfer on my old phone, but it wasn't the devices fault. I don't know what I will use this for, but I kept it.Ver másVer menos

Simple and effective solution
Needed one more USB-C than on my MacBook Pro in a compact design. Plus the convenience of only having to unplug one cable when disconnecting my laptop. Met those requirements.

Compact and Stylish: Acer’s 3-in-1 USB C Hub Review
This USB C Hub, 3 in 1 USB C to HDMI Multi-Port Adapter is pretty good. It's from Acer, a brand I trust, and the hub itself is built with a sturdy pink aluminum alloy which looks good and feels durable. It's light and compact too.The hub is straightforward to use with its plug-and-play functionality, which means no fussing around with drivers. It includes a USB 3.0 port for fast data transfer, a 4K HDMI port for video output, and a 100W USB C charging port, which is super convenient for charging devices quickly. However, there are a couple of downsides. It only has three ports, which might not be enough for power users needing more connectivity. The price feels a bit steep given the basic features, and the HDMI output is limited to 30Hz, which isn't great for high-end video needs.Little tip: If you're using the HDMI for presentations, ensure your content is optimized for 30Hz to avoid any lag or stutter in visuals.✔ Pros:High-quality, durable buildLightweight and portableEasy to use with plug-and-playFast charging with 100W PDUnique, easily identifiable color✘ Cons:Limited to three portsHDMI output limited to 30Hz, not suitable for advanced video requirementsThis review takes a look at the USB C Hub, 3 in 1 USB C to HDMI Multi-Port Adapter made by Acer.Ver másVer menos

Awesomes!
Perfect for my laptop! I use it as an extension to my second monitor to which I haven't figured out how to PC Desk yet LOL. Additional USB ports makes this little hub a thing of beauty and perfectly matches my Acer Swift GO 16 and my new Acer Predator 27" OLED 4K monitors. Can easily run em at 4K at 60 Hz, I'm not gaming yet since I haven't built my new tower but I expect to use this only for my laptop anyway. 100 watts of USB C charging keeps my C ports accessible and gives me more to use if needed. Great buy!Ver másVer menos
