Good Value, Low EMF
Comes with two pairs! I was only expecting one pair. For the price, they’re decent quality. I expected them to have a pretty low sound quality, but I was pleasantly surprised, particularly for the price. They are relatively comfortable and come with different-sized earbuds to make them even more comfortable. I particularly enjoy that they come in two pairs, which I can keep in different bags for portability.I tried using them on a run, and they were rather difficult—nothing to do with the product itself, but rather wired headphones in general. If you’re looking for running headphones, I’d recommend a pair of wireless earbuds. That said, I wanted wired headphones to reduce my exposure to low-level radio-frequency radiation (EMF), which is virtually nonexistent with wired headphones. So I would consider myself happy with my purchase!Ver másVer menos

Reliable USB-C Earbuds with Great Sound and Outstanding Value
These Amazon Basics USB-C earbuds are an excellent choice for anyone who wants a simple, dependable wired audio solution. With so many devices moving away from traditional headphone jacks, it's refreshing to have a plug-and-play option that works easily with USB-C phones, tablets, and laptops. The sound quality is surprisingly good for earbuds in this price range. Audio is clear and balanced, with crisp vocals, solid mids, and enough bass to make music, podcasts, and videos enjoyable without sounding muddy. Whether I'm listening to music during a walk or joining conference calls, the overall listening experience has been consistently impressive. The built-in microphone works very well for phone calls and virtual meetings. Voices come through clearly, and the track controls make it easy to adjust playback without reaching for the connected device. These small conveniences make the earbuds much more practical for everyday use.Comfort is another strong point. The included small, medium, and large ear tips make it easy to find the right fit, which helps improve both comfort and sound isolation. Even during extended listening sessions, the earbuds remain comfortable and secure. The 4.3-foot cable provides plenty of length for working at a desk, traveling, or using a device while charging. I also appreciate receiving a two-pack, which offers excellent value and provides a backup set for work, travel, or family members. The build quality feels durable, and the straightforward design focuses on functionality rather than unnecessary features. For anyone looking for affordable wired earbuds that deliver reliable performance, clear sound, and broad device compatibility, these are a fantastic option.Overall, these Amazon Basics USB-C earbuds exceeded my expectations. They offer excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, clear call performance, and outstanding value, making them an easy five-star recommendation!Ver másVer menos

Never Needs Charging
With a name like Amazon Basics, you probably shouldn't expect audiophile quality sound or the most cutting edge features that come with those earbuds that cost several hundred dollars. What you should expect is good quality sound, comfort, reliability, and all at a good price. That's essentially what you get here.As much as I love my wireless earbuds (and no, I don't own the crazy expensive ones), I truly despise having to charge them all the time. It's a small price to pay for the convenience of not having wires connecting your phone to your ears, especially when doing tasks. However, there is something to be said about the rock-solid reliability of decent set of wired headphones. It used to be that these would come free with every phone I purchased. Not so anymore. We now live in a world where you buy devices that don't even come with their own chargers. Oh well. Buy these instead, I guess. At least you'll have a backup when you need it. They'll work with your phone or your laptop. The next time you're on a video call and you get the dreaded, "we can't hear you. are you on mute?", go ahead and plug these in and get back on track. The sound quality is pretty good, the microphone is usually very clear. This style of mic is notorious for picking up sounds from movement such as rubbing against clothing, but I haven't had to test that out yet. They're pretty comfortable too. No, they're not quite as comfy as wireless earbuds, but they also won't fall out of your ear and into the dirt or toilet either. Are they going to replace my pair of good wireless earbuds? Heck no. But they'll be right there waiting in my desk drawer whenever I need them.Ver másVer menos

Nice sound quality for wired earbuds
I thought that the sound quality of these headphones seem way better than expected for something this affordable. Audio comes through clean and balanced, with clear vocals and enough bass to make music sound full without getting muddy. They fit well on my Pixel 10 phone since it has a a USB-C connection. And they are also comfortable to wear, especially since they include three extra sizes of ear tips so you can find the right fit.The overall quality feels sturdy for wired earbuds focusing on simple functionality rather than unnecessary extras. I think these are a dependable set of wired earbuds that sound good, stay comfortable, and are a great deal for a two pack. These are definitely great to use as a backup if your wireless headphones aren’t fully charged or would prefer to wear wired earbuds for a better sound quality.Ver másVer menos

Simple USB-C earbuds that make a lot of sense as backups
These are pretty much what I want from an inexpensive pair of wired earbuds. No Bluetooth pairing, no battery to remember to charge, and you get two complete pairs in the package. The connectivity is about as simple as it gets. They plug directly into USB-C, which makes them useful with newer phones, tablets, and laptops that no longer have a regular headphone jack. I mainly like them as something I can keep around as a backup when I do not want to deal with wireless earbuds. The sound quality is fine for everyday listening. I would not buy these expecting premium audio or huge bass, but for videos, podcasts, casual music, and general use they do what I need them to do. I also enjoy the simplicity of just plugging them in and using them without pairing anything or worrying about battery life. There is an inline microphone and control button. The microphone quality is perfectly fine for basic calls or meetings. One thing I wish they had was inline volume control, since volume still has to be changed from the phone or computer. You also get different size silicone tips, which helps with fit and comfort. The thin cable is my main concern in terms of being durable. The earbuds themselves feel fine, but the cord does not feel especially reinforced, so I would avoid bending it sharply or yanking them out by the wire. I have not owned them long enough to judge long-term durability, but based on the construction I would treat them as normal-use or backup earbuds rather than something built for rough handling. The value for money is really the strongest part. At about $14 for two pairs, you are paying around $7 per set. That makes it easy to keep one with a laptop or in a travel bag and have the second pair somewhere else as a spare.ProsTwo complete pairsUSB-C connectivityNo charging or Bluetooth pairingInline microphone and control buttonDifferent size ear tips includedGood for travel, work, or backupsGood value for moneyConsNo inline volume controlThin cable may be the weak point for durabilityUSB-C onlySound is fine for everyday use, but not premiumFor around $7 per pair, I think these make the most sense as simple earbuds you can keep around and not worry too much about. They are basic, practical, and enjoyable to use when you just want to plug something in and listen.
