Very helpful with sleep
I tried another supplement, and it didn't help me. This one I'm very happy with the results. Helps me fall asleep at a decent time and stay asleep through the night. It is a little difficult to swallow, but that is a me issue.

Very effective
I’ve generally had a terrible experience purchasing supplements online, and I have wasted a lot of money on supplements that are ineffective (especially magnesium glycinate). I am so pleasantly surprised by the the quality and value of these l-theanine/magnesium glycinate pills. They are the only supplement that has actually helped me sleep. No need to take other sleep aids with this, which I never imagined would ever be possible for me. I don’t find the pills too large or difficult to swallow, especially compared to some of the others I’ve taken. I just ordered another bottle since they’re on sale for Prime Day.Ver másVer menos

Decent price, decent ingredients. Would like to see results of their third party testing.
Deal brand supplements can be hit or miss with me. I saw this l-theanine with magnesium glycinate and wanted to give it a try as I already take both. L-theanine for basic overall immune support although research shows it can help with sleep quality and calmness...neither of which I have an issue with.There is very light sweet smell when opening the bottle. Not sure if it's the beeswax or the coconut oil. IF you didn't stick your nose in the bottle I doubt you'd smell it. It is very pleasant.These are soft gels. I've never used or tried a soft gel from Deal supplements before. They are larger than other soft gels I take or have taken but not what I consider overly large. Easy to swallow. I have no issues swallowing any type of capsule, tablet or gelcap. With these I take both at the same time.Bottom of the bottle is stamped with lot # and expiration date...02/2028.Bottle has 360 softgels with a recommended dosing of 2 per day...so 180 days. WOW a six month supply which is a good amount.I like this supplement for several reasons. First off they used magnesium glycinate. Many supplements that boast magnesium use a cheaper line of magnesium...and if you know magnesium you know there are quite a few different types with each one serving a different purpose.I like the dosing amounts. As mentioned I take magnesium....both glycinate and malate and this dose is perfect for me.I like that they are using coconut oil. The benefits of coconut oil have been researched extensively. Granted there isn't much per softgel BUT it's nice to know that is being used vs some of the unwanted fillers in many supplements.All active ingredients are listed individually with no proprietary blend. YAY. I want to know how much of each ingredient I'm taking and Deal tells me that.I have taken this now for several days...stopped my other brand to try this...and have experienced no side effects nor any type of aftertaste. I take both magnesium glycinate and l-theanine for long term health so I didn't expect to see any short term changes and I didn't.Also in the plus column is this is third party tested and GMP are used so I feel the quality of the supplement is there although I do wish there was a little more transparency in their third party testing.For the price point, the amount you get and the ingredients I feel it's a good value so for now I'm putting this one in the win column.

The pills caused severe reflux and esophageal spasms that were miserably painful.
I have no known allergies. I have experimented with a variety of supplements. Supplements have varied from tablets, to capsules, to gummies, to drops. These pills gave me severe reflux and esophageal spasms. I was a little slow to figure out what was happening and what was causing it. After three nights of use, I will not be taking another one of these pills. The ingredients should be mild. I do not know what about these pills reacted with my body to cause the severe pain. Over the course of taking the pills for three nights, the night and subsequent day the pain got worse. Last night and today, I have been in miserable pain with reflux and esophageal spasms. I am not prone to either these issues.Ver másVer menos
