Incredible portable monitor for the price!
Kind of wild that you can get a 16 inch 1920x1200 resolution monitor capable of 144hz refresh rate that's as thin as a laptop for $75 in 2026. This unit is an absolute steal. I would've paid upwards of $125. I was really surprised that it had speakers too. They aren't the best, but it's nice that they exist. The picture quality is superb. I use it for technical writing and creative writing — text is crisp and legible at all sizes. They throw in a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging, an HDMI cable, and a USB-C DisplayPort cable.In my case, I use something called a lap desk 75% of the time. The caveat is that I also use a Keychron V1 (not the built-in laptop keyboard). It was annoying having to set the Keychron board atop my laptop keyboard just to get it to fit on the lap desk. With this monitor, all I have to do is plug my laptop up and set it (closed) off to the side, then connect the monitor via the USB-C DisplayPort cable (which powers the monitor too on a single line).Another fun use case is once work is done, I can plug up my Retroid Pocket 6. Then I turn the brightness all the way down on the RP6 (so it's essentially just a controller and the picture is on the monitor), and connect to my PC via Moonlight/Apollo, then I've got myself a PC gaming station from the bed/couch.Needless to say, for the price, this is an easy snag. Even if you don't use it everyday, wouldn't hurt to just have.Ver másVer menos
