My go-to L-Theanine
These have been working really well for me. I take magnesium glycinate and L theanine regularly to help me get deeper, more restful sleep. They are high enough dosage in each one that if I know I am going to sleep regardless but just want deeper sleep, I only take one. I like that they are high enough individually dosed for me to adjust as needed by simply taking one instead of two and not having to cut one in half.They taste great and are nice and chewy without being too sticky. I do find as I get to the bottom of the bottle they've compressed a bit and I've had to get them all out and separate them, but once is all I needed to do that since they're not compressed together anymore.If you don't like melatonin, which I don't, this might be something that interests you. I like it a lot and the L-theanine has actually been working really well for me.Given the size of the bottle, it's lasted me quite a while so I do find it's a good value.Ver másVer menos

Quite tasty, very effective in promoting relaxation, nice formula
The Geeoasis L-theanine Gummies arrived triple-sealed, making me feel safe in taking them. I hoped they’d taste as good as they smelled. A wonderful fruity fragrance rushed out of the bottle the moment I opened the lid. They didn’t disappoint, these gummies have a delightful tropical pineapple flavor. They’re a pleasure to take. That flavor is matched by their performance. I took two gummies before bedtime and slept soundly through the night. I quickly returned to slumber after my one bathroom trip. In the morning I awoke feeling refreshed and ready to face a new day.These supplements contain a blend of ingredients to aid in a restful night of sleep. In addition to L-theanine, there’s also Magnesium Glycinate, GABA, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Bacopa extract, Holy basil, and vitamins B6 and D3. I used to have difficulty sleeping at night until I discovered the magic of magnesium and L-theanine. Now instead of lying awake watching the hours pass I’m usually asleep in about ten minutes or less. Supplements with L-theanine and Magnesium don’t leave me feeling groggy like melatonin, and they’re far more effective in helping me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I’ve had success with lemon balm and GABA before too, though usually in combination with other things. Ashwagandha is a regular supplement for me. It does a wonderful job of calming me and helping me deal with stress. Holy Basil is another stress reliever. I was unfamiliar with Bacopa extract. Apparently it’s used for cognition, calmness and a host of other things. It sounds tremendously beneficial. Vitamins B6 and D3 have many positive effects on the body, including nerve support and immunity. This is an excellent formula of restful and restorative ingredients.I’m very pleased with these gummies. They perform well; they taste wonderful and have a pleasant texture. They’re non-GMO, GMP compliant, and contain no sugar or animal products. Monk fruit is used for sweetening and fruit pectin is used instead of gelatin. They’re a US product with a Texas address. One bottle provides a month supply for an adult or two months for a child. Just one note, the bottle lid screws off easily. Since they taste like candy, make sure they’re not easily accessible by small children.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Tastes delicious!
Great taste, no weird side effects. Didn’t notice a difference at all actually. Took for two weeks, maybe needed to take longer. I could tell my body was absorbing it, but didn’t notice a huge difference day to day. It didn’t make me jittery, or cause me to lose sleep. Maybe a little bit more focus. Seemed like good quality, but I don’t have much to compare it to. At least they taste delicious! Fair value for the money. 8 out of 10. 50/50 on whether I would buy again or recommend.Ver másVer menos

Works well I think! For my son.
The reason I got this is because I feel like my son doesn't have the best attention span. I understand that he is in the younger age, I'm not going to say the age for judgment purposes, but with anything he does I feel like he has a lack of attention span. Whether it is with school sports, friends, video games, literally anything you name it. He really strives to be a good athlete and I feel like his lack of attention is hindering him in that department. So I wanted to help support him by finding something healthy and beneficial for him. I do feel like I've noticed a slight increase in his ability to stay focused at practices, before he would be dancing around in between drills or in between coaches giving speeches and he wasn't really able to understand and grassd what he was supposed to be doing because of this and I do feel like I see great improvement in those areas. So this was my sole purpose of ordering these and what I was looking for. I wasn't looking for anything to do with sleep quality, my intention was purely for and purposes.This product is great for my son and I absolutely love it. The value of it is great. I feel like you did a lot for your money. My son says nothing bad about the taste so I believe that is good as well. It has definitely been effective and maybe and time will also sees stuff with sleep quality as well.Very easy to use. Great Tasting Theanine Supplement - Almost Too Good
So I've been supplementing Theanine for about two weeks now. I have to say that there really might be a small subtle relaxing effect. The main thing I notice is that I've been able to stay on task a bit better AND when I wake up in the morning I feel like I've slept better and slept naturally. It isn't the same type of effect as taking melatonin which upon first taking it can tip you to sleep faster and even make a 5 or 6 hour night feel more productive. Instead for me, it is a subtle I'm waking up and feeling rested, waking up a tad bit earlier, and the waking up stress is gone. I don't know just kind of a relaxed waking up more like I would when I was a child. I have massive sleeping pattern issues and while I do get enough sleep for me going to sleep is difficult and waking up is difficult. This at any rate seems to have made the waking up part more natural and pleasing to me. Is this placebo effect. Possibly but I'll take it whatever it is.The gummy bears are super tasty and I'd say it is a bit of an orange citrus taste. The only downside is that if you are giving these to kids you will need to keep these in a safe place because they might want to eat them all up at once. The good news is that the top is a safety cap. The kind where you have to push down fairly hard and twist off. So it is child proof which I think is necessary for a product such as this.Ver másVer menos
