An Outstanding Mouse for Work - Not Just Gaming

I originally bought this mouse because I was tired of replacing inexpensive mice every few months when the buttons inevitably started failing. Even though it's marketed as a gaming mouse, I use it almost exclusively for professional creative work, and it's been one of the best hardware purchases I've made. It fits my hand incredibly well, feels comfortable even during long workdays, and the build quality is in a completely different league from the cheaper mice I used to buy.The programmable side buttons have been surprisingly useful for speeding up my workflow, and after extensive daily use, it's still holding up beautifully. This mouse has lasted far longer than any of the others I've owned, and it has earned my complete confidence. Whether you're a gamer or a creative professional, I highly recommend it. It works

Coming from a Logitech G600 it feels right at home. 12 extra buttons on the side and you can even move them to fit your hand better. Great for MMO gaming.

Great Multi-Button Mouse (can be used on Linux*)

This is my 2nd Corsair Scimitar. I put a lot of hours on that thing before it started acting up. Ran it hard for over 6 yrs. not built to last

I really wanted to love this pan. For the first couple weeks, it performed exactly as advertised: eggs slid around like they were on ice, and cleanup took ten seconds. I was ready to recommend it to everyone.Then, seemingly overnight, the "nonstick" part just stopped working. Now it should honestly be marketed as a "yes-stick" pan. Eggs that used to glide now weld themselves to the surface the second they hit heat, even on low with plenty of butter. I have to practically chisel them off, and half the omelet stays behind every time.It's even worse with meat. Searing a chicken breast or a steak now means scraping off a crust of stuck-on protein afterward, which defeats the entire purpose of buying a carbon nonstick pan in the first place. I've tried adjusting oil amounts, preheating longer, and babying it with only soft utensils, but nothing brings back the surface it had in week one.For the price, I expected the coating to hold up longer than a few weeks of normal home use. If you're looking for something that stays nonstick past the honeymoon phase, I'd look elsewhere.Ver más

Had some setup issues - but now working EXCELLENT! Love this mouse!

Very Concerned about this purchase! First, the package arrived highly damaged - The box had clearly been previously opened (The circular tabs that seal it, had been peeled back and tucked inside and part of the box closure was torn). Inside, just the mouse in a plastic bubble protector - no booklet, no advertisement, no nothing in the box - just the mouse and the plastic bubble around it! Just seems like something is missing!As if that's not enough - iCUE doesn't even recognize this mouse at all. I have tried all the trouble shooting things - uninstalled mouse from Device Manager (which just shows up as a generic mouse, not as corsair mouse), restarted iCUE many times, restarted PC, did a reset on the mouse (by holding both mouse buttons down while unplugging, waiting 15 seconds and plugging back in as trouble shooting said) -- so far NOTHING has worked! I've also tried it in various ports as well (My previous <RAZER> mouse was plugged right into my K100 keyboard, which is where i first started trying to plug this one in... and then played musical USB ports on my PC).. VERY FRUSTRATING!So while the mouse DOES work and light up - it's set to a VERY slow speed and without iCUE recognizing it, I cannot increase that at all! It's awful! It is supposed to be just "plug and play" but almost 2 hours later, I'm still trying to figureo out how to get iCUE to recognize it! I may have to return it if it doesn't start cooperating :'(UPDATE: 3 Hours later - Uninstalled iCUE and reinstalled it - and now the mouse is FINALLY working!! FINALLY! Much better :) I wish I would have done this first! Never had an issue with iCUE (i also use a K100 and have for like 3 years now, never an issue!)FINAL UPDATE! I ended up exchanging this mouse for a new one because it REALLY felt USED (the right mouse button was worn out) -- I received the replacement today and this time, the box was still factory sealed - it did come with a couple little booklets (the previous one did not include a single thing with it!) - and there is also a HUGE difference between the two already! So I don't know if i was sent a "Refurb" last time or what the issue was - but if you have a similar issue, just exchange it - these are AMAZING and I as much as i "thought" i LOVED my corsair naga trinity (which i only ever used the 12 button side panel with) this mouse actually fits my hand PERFECTLY like it was made for my hand (which is very important!) I don't have petite female hands, but they are similar to small guy hands!Another HUGE thing to consider - iCUE software is SOOO much better than Razer's software! Plus razer tries to "take over" your gaming experience with overlays and all that annoying stuff (mayhaps someone out there actually likes that, but i find it all annoying and disable it all). Corsair is more user friendly. It's just ONE app (as opposed to Razer that has like 3 and for what? lol). I also really like that my keyboard and mouse share the same program instead of requiring different software (I have the K100 keyboard, I highly recommend it or the more budget friendly K70 version - the lighting is really the only difference between the 2)

Painful

This one is okay compared to Razer, but has some real issues. It is kind of flat which meant my hand did not sit as high up near the wrist. I was in pain after a day or two of use and it was not very comfortable. It was easy to move the keypad forward or back and I thought this would help, but because of the shape I had to grip the mouse harder than the Razer version. It is also very light which may also be why I felt the need to grip it harder. It felt like it was going to move away from my hand at the slightest touch and kind of unstable.The one thing I did like is the programming of the movement which you don't get with the Razr. So you can move it kind of "tune" it to your style of movement rather than just clicking a button and get whatever is closest to good for you. Otherwise I couldn't use this permanently and wound up buying a Razr after all. I can keep it as a backup, but it isn't good for long term use.Ver más
