  Great Streaming Mouse!

  I bought this thing for streaming on Twitch as I wanted to be able to have all of my scene changes, backgrounds, sounds, and so on, bound to buttons so that I would not have to use my keyboard. It is a great purchase. The customization for this thing is something I never would have thought I would see in a mouse. You can put macros on your buttons, you can change the lighting to any possibility available, you can change what the mouse buttons actually do, and you can add or remove weights to this mouse to get yourself a better and more personal feel. I really do love this thing.My rating is 4/5 instead of 5/5 because the right click is already failing me. I have not had this thing a whole year yet but the right click is to the point to where I either have to tap it several times in advance to make sure it is ready to use or I have to contort my fingers to reach the further back on the mouse so that it activates. I know this is not correct and not due to usage because the left click has seen way more usage and still works perfectly. This thing has damn near 20 different buttons and they all function properly except the right click! It is like there is something stuck in it that has to be pushed out the way. I cleaned the mouse, sprayed it out with compressed air, opened and inspected it, and I connect find a reason why it is this way. I have other RedDragon mice and they all work perfectly. This one started to act crazy after about 3 months. I contacted RedDragon and am going to see how their warranty works out. If I can get it repaired or replaced, I'll update this review with the results.Right click aside, this is still a terrific mouse. Even if I knew I'd get this right click problem I'd still buy it just for the usefulness and customization this mouse offers. A great product, great idea, and great execution.------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATEAfter submitting a request to Redragon and talking to support, I was able to get the problem fixed. It was just a small piece under the right click that had slipped out of place. Once I took it off and placed it back on, it worked just like new! I am not even sure how I missed that but I am super glad I don't have to send my mouse off or order a new one. A+ customer service and product. Just ordered a mechanical keyboard from them and I think I'm a fanboy now.Ver másVer menos

  Big hands review - Mild Gaming

  I don't game very much, however, recently I've been upgrading my computer station and trying to get myself to play a game for a couple minutes every few days... Just can't get into it. Especially when my old mouse wore out and just wouldn't right click...This mouse has a reallllyyyy sensitive right click. I can't really rest my hand on it in a traditional sense, then again I have big hands and arthritis and carpal tunnel... So, I hold the mouse a little bit at an angle. This does NOT disturb the comfort of the mouse. Actually, it's kinda odd but it even gives me a little more precision with the side buttons to do that. The pinky part is just... JUST barely too narrow. It's not the biggest deal, especially since that's probably just me but.. Maybe not. Anyway. I'm just sayin' it's BARELY too narrow to simply rest my pinky on but I mean who cares, the side of my pink rests a wee on the mousepad.I have NOT rested the side buttons much. Not at all changed their functions. I used it a little here and there in Skyrim or Rust for kinda convenient, in the dark, quick switching of my inventory. Other wise I don't really mess with it much... yet. They are easy to press and do not accidentally press at all. They aren't laid flat but in a wave so you can comfortably rest your thumb there and quickly forget you're touching buttons.It's quite an ergonomic mouse. I like it. I kept the default wavey rainbow transition of the RGBs because it sorta just matches the mousepad and my keyboard's similar function so they can change colour and match.The mouse wheel I wish had a little bit more resistance between each click, to make them more individually distinguishable, however, it does NOT have a total lack of it. There is a little feel and clicky click if you really go slow, but it's just not quite right. It's too smooth for a 'gaming' mouse, where precision and tactile feedback are required to immerse yourself with subconscious processing rather than having to pay attention to your inputs too much, taking focus off of your primary objective. If I were playing a fast paced game and used this to switch between primary and secondary equipment, I imagine at times this would overshoot very easily semi-often... But not totally. There -is- some resistance. It's not totally smooth.I gotta admit I wish there were a few more spots of RGB lines or streaks here or there but what's there is quite nice and bright, or not so bright if I so choose with the included driver.The DPI is pretty good. When needing quicker or more rapid acceleration of the mouse in Skyrim / 'Look Sensitivity,' it jogs up just right. When a little more fast paced game or precision blah required such as in Rust.. Like I said I don't play much don't expect various game examples... It slows down in one easy click just right. It's easily accessible, has sturdy resistance so my fingers sliding over doesn't accidentally change it, and out of the way too. My fingers don't notice it.The last thing I gotta say that's nice is the shape of the right and left click buttons... They curve to my fingers, hugging them. Boy does that oddly feel good for a reason I can't put my finger on.. Pun accidental but I'ma take a self bow at that.My last WISH for it... A version exactly like it but Wired/Wireless, where it can be wired, or have a transceiver like other gaming mice for on the fly motions. I need to get a mouse bungee or the way my desktop is set up.. Eventually I will have cord death. Wired/Wireless allows you to have cord death and just replace the cord.Great mouse, HIGHLY recommend.

  Great mouse

  I bought this for the first time at the end of 2020. Here we are in early-mid 2026, and I'm buying another one. For me the issue I'm having with the old one is the middle click not working intermittently. I bought a Razer Mamba to replace it but it arrived with a completely nonfunctional middle-click, so it's going back and I decided to rebuy this one because after using this one for so long, the Razer feels way too light and the finish felt more matte than smooth. This one is nice and heavy with the weights, and the finish feels smooth and comfortable in my hand. The extra buttons are great too, I don't think I can go back to having a normal amount of buttons.I guess it *has* been six years....I'll update my review if I need to after the new one comes.Ver másVer menos

  Excellent MMO Mouse With Great Value and Useful Side Buttons

  The Redragon M908 Impact ended up being a very solid MMO gaming mouse, especially considering the price compared to some of the more premium competitors on the market. The large number of programmable side buttons makes it especially useful for MMOs, productivity shortcuts, or games that benefit from having a lot of commands easily accessible.The mouse itself feels comfortable overall, and the button layout was easier to adapt to than I expected. The RGB lighting also looks good without feeling overly distracting.In my personal experience, I still prefer the Logitech G600 overall as my favorite MMO mouse because it feels slightly more refined and comfortable to me, but this Redragon mouse honestly performed much better than I expected and became a great secondary mouse for other computers and setups.Tracking and responsiveness were reliable during regular use, and for the price it felt like a strong value investment rather than a cheap low-end alternative.Overall, while it may not completely replace higher-end MMO mice for everyone, it is still an excellent option for people wanting a feature-rich gaming mouse with lots of programmable buttons at a much more affordable price point.Ver másVer menos

  I Recommend

  Great mouse, setup was a breeze. I've been using this mouse for two weeks now and have no complaints. It's very responsive and all buttons feel great when pressing them. Hotkeys on the side are a game changer, especially for games. It's very smooth with a great scroll wheel.I bought this mouse for the hotkeys, but the best part of the mouse is the thumb rest, my thumb no longer drags on my mouse pad.   Overall a solid MMO mouse

  I’ve had this mouse for over a year. And game with it daily. I do a lot of FPS games and love having a numpad at my thumb. Selecting items is breeze and i don't have to move off SADW keys with my left hand to hit numerical keys.All and all I am happy with this mouse.It has held up thru intense gaming and smashing buttons hard …and some serious mouse slaps on the desk during rage quits NGL😂It still functions after all the abuse I’ve put it thru.The cable is feather light and super flexible. I forget it’s there. It seemed dainty and possibly fragile at first but has held up well.Its not a small mouse. It comfortably fills my hand. There are removable weights in the bottom to get just the right feel.My only critiques on design are that I wish there was a bit of space between the numpad keys. They built it so the keys have this peak and valley design to help distinguish which row you are one but the buttons are pretty small and right next to each other.It is easy to feel what row you are on but can be a thing knowing if you are on the left, middle or right key …. Or pressing two keys at once.A .25mm gap between keys might have been nice .Also the wheel is scroll and click but not tilt. That third axis of tilt is almost a standard on mice these days.The app for the mouse is fairly basic but functional and stable.There is 5 DPI settings , adjustable via up/down buttons on the top of the mouse and 5 lights to show you your current setting level , the amount of DPI per setting is fully adjustable in the app.There is also a slider in the app to select overall pointer speed independent of DPI.Report speed can be set between 250mhz, 500mhz and 1000mhz.There are several different setting profile storage spaces so you can set the mouse up for different game types ,however, I have not found any way for it to automatically switch profile per a game selection. You have to manually open the app and select a different profile as far as I can tell.The RGB speed and brightness can be changed in the app and there is a bunch of different predefined patterns such as waterfall, fade, pulse ect.There is also a button in the bottom of the mouse to quickly switch between some presets.I have had zero stability issues or conflicts with the driver.All the buttons are fairly clicky and quite responsive. The top buttons feel mechanical but the numpad does feel like a membrane. I am not sure exactly what is what , thats just how it feels. They could all be mechanical ?? I haven't torn it apart.😂All and all its a solid MMO gaming mouse at a $40ish price point.It has a solid feel to it .Its not “pro gamer level” but I would describe it as enthusiast level. Definitely above cheap beginner or kid level.
