  Upgrade not noticeable

  As shown, the diaphragm and duckbill are grey. Everything fits as it should. It could've been user error as the duckbill is screwed on to the container and should not come off until unscrew but it did suddenly snap off when taking apart the parts and broke a piece of my container with it.Ver másVer menos

  Trash! Run, don’t walk away

  I’ve had three of these flanges break in the past 10 days, and several more have broken previously. The exact same piece breaks off from attaching or detaching the flange from the bottle. I use them as directed and am not rough with them.I own multiple sets, so I only use each set three times a week for pumping at work. Despite this light use and continuously ordering new flanges, they continue to break.If I could go back, I would not choose the Momcozy M9 as my wearable pump. Based on my experience, I also wouldn’t recommend Momcozy to anyone looking for a breast pump. I’ve contacted Momcozy customer service for this and other issues (bottles always crack too), but the replacement process is always tedious, and shipping takes too long when you need replacement parts immediately.Save yourself the money and the frustration!
