  Upgrade not noticeable

  As shown, the diaphragm and duckbill are grey. Everything fits as it should. It could've been user error as the duckbill is screwed on to the container and should not come off until unscrew but it did suddenly snap off when taking apart the parts and broke a piece of my container with it.Ver másVer menos

  The default flanges for the Momcozy S9 Pro are 24mm. They suggest that if you're feeling discomfort, to figure out if you need another size. 24mm was too big and so I used the measuring chart that come with the pumps and found I needed smaller flanges.Granted, pumping isn't the most comfortable thing in general but I definitely feel less pain while pumping using the inserts. They're easy to clean and you just stick them in the hole. I'm glad I decided to get more.You do have to order 2 because it only comes as one.Ver másVer menos

  MomCozy’s involuntary Subscription Program

  I have mixed feelings about mom cozy.The pumps work really well until they break. And they break fairly frequently. MOM cozy has replaced the broken pumps several times but they will not replace the parts. that’s all the parts that get connected to the reservoir and the pump. A new set cost about $60. You have to replace them pretty much every month and a big piece of plastic and polyethylene goes in the trash. Mom cozy must know this and must not care. Why they can’t make those parts strong enough to last at least a few months seems intentional to me. I give them one star for replacing the motors, but I subtract four stars because they’re an irresponsible company. If you are going to use this pump system, you’re basically going to be forced into a subscription program that cost you $60 a month. Someday they’ll be a better option, hopefully soon.Ver másVer menos
