Good to try for the sale price
I bought this because of the positive reviews I saw, and the Spring Sale made it a feasible purchase to try it out. The Cheery Flavor is good- not overly sweet- easy to drink. BUT- as this has 200mg of caffeine, (two cups of strong coffee) I cautiously drank 2/3rds of the 16oz can prior to getting on the treadmill for a workout-I monitor my BP with meds and readings, and my BP did not show a spike post workout- I'm not sure about drinking these every day- I don't workout every day- more of an every other day sort of schedule for recovery purposes, but at half a can or so, I'm sure it's doing some good. The effect kicks in about 15 minutes into a workout so maybe drinking it sooner will show better at the beginning of a workout just to gain motivation and focus.It's good- not going to change my world, but it's a nice taste pre-workout and it does have an impact that I noticed posy workout where I didn't feel exhausted. So... I'll keep trying it. Good price on sale at just over $15 for a 12 pack.Ver másVer menos

Great Taste, Great Energy!
One of the rare energy drinks that taste like it says. Sugar free energy and recovery drinks are not all created equal, many will still cause an insulin spike - something I don't need in my 70s. With only 150mg of caffeine I often drink a 12oz can in the morning instead of a cup of coffee (well, and maybe with afternoon meal, or when I'm gaming), I've yet to experience a 'crash' with any of C4s products, and they all taste great!Ver másVer menos
