  Terrific flavor & adequate energy boost

  Love the C4’s. Most have 200mg caffeine. So they’re my mid range pick me up LOLThis is horrible - but I use my fave flavor of Monster when I only need a little - those are 160mg.But if I really need a pick me up- & even C4 won’t get it- I use Reign at 300mgBut these C4’s do give good energy, they’re effective at what they’re meant for. I don’t experience any jitteriness. And I do love this flavor, as well as I believed the C4 might be midnight cherry? Not sure but I order those plus these C4’s the cherry/limeade I believe.
