Update: Flawless unit
UPDATE 6/16/2026Rode 1,200 miles with it and it worked flawlessly. On my bike, to get the least amount of vibration, I needed to mount the ball and socket mounts as vertical as possible. Once I made the adjustment, I could be clear of 80mph and have little vibration (some but minimized for the most part).I rode in little rain, but it was mostly covered by my windscreen. The screen is visible in high sunlight (any screen will lose visibility when sun is directly on the face). The impressive bit was how effective the screen touch was with gloves. Outside of having a slightly thicker glove for a short time - accuracy of my finger - the touch screen worked so well.I am updating the rating as the wires since I realized I was not connected to the ACC wire and couldn't find it. I wired through the headlamp without issues (low beam and ground wires).------------------Motorcycle: 2017 Triumph T-100 using Apple CarplayEasy installation. As noted in another review, the wires are so tiny, my electrical wire cutters do not even have a size to cover it. They are tough to not fringe. Also, the unit will not turn off when my motorcycle powers off. If anyone has advice on how to get it to power off with the bike, please suggest!Pros:-Visibility is great in sunlight-Easy install/set-upCons:-Unit does not turn off when the motorcycle turns off, so a natural concern with battery draining. A bit of false advertising. It's not a major deal to remove it with the exception being it was quoted on the product page (see photo).-Wires during installation are significantly too small to manage (concern with wires burning from surge of power?)Ver másVer menos
