Great product!
I have to say, so far, I’m throughly impressed with this device. The price is great, and it works well for what I need. It responds very well to my touches with phone- friendly motorcycles gloves on. It connects to my Bluetooth every time without issue. It shows my apps, playlists, maps, etc without issue. It has an easy to use interface/UI. It has a clear, bright display that’s easy to see in sunlight. All in all, I think it’s a great product for the price. The only issue I see is, when it’s connected directly to the battery, it doesn’t turn off when the key is pulled out. Now, for clarity, there is an “off” button for the device, and that might kill the power, but I don’t want to take the chance of my battery dying. So, I have connected the power cord to a connector on my handlebars for other wires, and I just unscrew it when I stop for a while. Yeah, it’s annoying, but takes about 7 seconds each time. No big deal honestly, I just have to remember to do it, which isn’t hard when the screen is still bright, shining at you. My only thought about that is, if it rained with it being unhooked (the way it’s set up on my bike), it could possibly short out or damage my battery. This hast happened yet because I check the weather and only ride when it’s nice, but it’s a possibility. And, I’m not an expert on that, so it might not even be possible, just a thought I’ve had. Perfect size. Clear screen. Easy mounting. CarPlay with no lag.
I had swapped the same brand WonVon’s 7 inch to this smaller 5 inch one. The 5 inch turned out to be the perfect size for my riding & motorbike set-up. 2026 Suzuki GSX 8TT. It is much more compatible that way. It was less obstructive to my bike’s TFT display. The smaller size also perfectly does not bang against my tank bag when I fully turn the handlebar on extreme side-to-side positions.To be honest, the smaller 5 inch looks cuter & cleaner, as the large 7 inch for my set-up looks too ‘overhelming’. So, I could confidently say not to ‘belittle’ this smaller sized model.I’m really bery glad I chose this set up, rather than a costlier Quad Lock system, as I did not want my expensive iPhone 16 Pro Max phone exposed to the elements & vibration, especially because of the iPhones advanced internal circuitry and hi-tech multi-lens camera. I compared the overall cost of the whole Quad Lock system, and this came out for it’s price to be a great value for the money, not to mention spares my iPhone for any potential harm & trouble. I keep my iPhone secured in my tank bad.The screen’s display clarity is excellent. The bluetooth pairing was easy & instant. No issues at all. The CarPlay has no lag. The smaller screen also let’s your eye & vision to be in a smaller circle of view. I really find it not to be distracting compared to much larger size models. And in motorcycle riding, we always prefer not to be too distracted.As for the handlebar mounting set-up, it is also easy with varied position choices to suit you. The dual ball mount set up would allow for multiple freedom of positions. Easy & no issues here.The wiring set up requires some diligence & intuition from you, especially how to run this power wirefrom the handlebar area… thru the bottom of the gas tank… and to the underseat area where the battery is. A couple of black cable ties comes in handy indeed.Remember to attach the black negative wire to ground. Battery black pole better.Tip: The small red wire should not directly be tapped to the red positive battery pole, as that might pose an insidious drain to the battery. Instead, take the small red wire to attach to the fused area of the ignition. With the fuse temporarily removed by a small pliers, you can then insert-cramp the small red wire unto the fuse terminal. Secure this by inserting the fuse back again once more. There! No soldering, drilling, or splicing other wires. That would be the less invasive way.Ver másVer menos

Honesty review
Great product and much better than mounting my phone on my motorcycle. The screen is plenty big for navigation, connects easily, and lets me use all the apps I need through CarPlay. I’ve seen people complain about connection issues, but I haven’t had any problems.One tip: don’t wire it directly to the battery or it will drain it. Use an add-a-fuse kit ontonthe ignition fuse or the breaks wiring so it turns on and off with the bike. Overall, highly recommended.Ver másVer menos

What an amazing addition to my motorcycle - buy it - but make sure you have 12v accessory power
TLDR - This is an excellent way to have Carplay on your motorcycle. I like it so much I bought a second for one of my other bikes.The unit is very well packaged, the screen is clear and bright and easy to use. I've mounted this on both my Kawasaki Z125 with its little bars and my BMW R1200R with it's large, oddly shaped bars, and the mount worked great in both instances, stayed tight, and it adjusted enough to allow for a good viewing angle.People - we live in a crazy time when something this good costs less than $50.Only complaints -1. The unit absolutely requires 12v accessory power. Yes it has a power button on the unit, but it seems to stay powered up and will connect to your phone when you don't want it to and will drain your battery. This was not an issue on my Kawasaki, but on my BMW with CANBUS, it caused me a trip to the dealer to get an interface because BMW doesn't allow you to just tap into the 12v system without throwing codes.2. The power leads are super, super thin. Like, so thin, my wire stripper does not have a spot on it small enough for these teeny, tiny, 50 whatever gauge wires. In all fairness, the wires have not failed, but I would have liked a normal gauge wire considering the extreme environment this unit will operate in. I would have paid more for better wires.3. The power button should truly be a power button, not a standby button. Being able to power the unit down when you don't need it solves a lot of issues. I don't know why it's standby and not a true on off button.That's it. Buy this with confidence. I love mine.Ver másVer menos

You will need to buy a in line fuse when installing because it does not come with anything other than the screen and a red and black wire. It’s best to hook it up to an ignition switched wire and the fuse will save the unit if it shorts. I the CarPlay works perfectly and it’s bright enough for daylight and perfect addition to help keep you on track. It basically mirrors your phone. 10/10 especially for the price. It also looks great even tho I installed it on my clip on.Ver másVer menos

Wireless Android Auto kept cutting out.
Very small display, with very small fonts on the display of google maps. Couldn't read a lot of it. Also, and this is the biggest deal, there is no way to plug a phone into it for wired Android Auto. It only does wireless Android auto, which had an intermittent, unreliable connection. Phone was in my jacket pocket, only 3 feet away.Ver másVer menos
