Cool idea

Cool idea in what it replaced. Not quite as intense as ropes but on a lower level you get a good wrist, arm and shoulder burn. Well Worth getting.

Great workout

Great instead of ropes cause you can use it at your own house, great for the Hand eye coordination and an excellent ab workout not to mention your arms

Not for me

These were made well, they just didn't feel like a rope when using them. Actually kind of hurt my elbows a bit.

Keeping fit & building arms & abs

I like most people was cynical in buying theseBut I was very pleasantly surprised , in how good they were to build your arms , chest & absThey really do give you a good work out & give you results in a matter of weeks , not years as a gym would take .

Indoor space saving weighted no ropes

These were bought as it rained so much I couldn't go outside. They gave me an indoor workout out with limited space. Simple to use.

Order As expected can really feel it working, thought a workout guide was included but wasn't in the order, the loop on the end is small l can't get my hand through otherwise happy with my purchace

Bingo wings ,be gone.

I have started using them. It gives your are a good workout. But my coordination is a bit off. 😂
