Sturdy, easy... good value
I read the reviews and this one seemed pretty good. The price was better than some other options, and this also came in a few good colors! They come in a simple case, they work great, and overall this seems like an incredible workout for a low one-time cost! Excited to work up to a full 10+ minutes on these thingsVer másVer menos

Cool idea
Cool idea in what it replaced. Not quite as intense as ropes but on a lower level you get a good wrist, arm and shoulder burn. Well Worth getting.

Good Workout
The product itself seems sturdy and the springs are powerful. After only a few minutes of use, you can feel the burn in your arms, knowing you're getting a workout without heavy lifting or feeling too tired. This came with a chart of exercises and all of them work different muscles. They work as advertised.Upon opening the box, the battle ropes were connected via one of the wrist straps I have no idea how the strap got wrapped around the spring (during manufacturing?). The only way for me to separate the ropes was to remove the rubber end cap of one rope, twist the wrist strap free through the spring, then super glue the rubber end cap back on. Once separated, it was then apparent that one wrist strap was smaller than the other and will not fit my wrist. The rubber cap at the other end of the rope will untwist during workout and I keep twisting it back on. I will probably super glue it as well.While all of this was unexpected and a small inconvenience, it was fixable. I give it 4 stars because the ropes do work, but I had to perform some maintenance before being able to use them.Ver másVer menos

I love this contraption
I love this contraption! It’s very convenient, you can grab it and use it right away. It works different section of your arms just by changing swings. Lifting weights works on selected muscles. This works out multiple muscles just by changing swing directions. It also gets your heart rate up without over stressing. I’m in my upper 60’s and I love it!Ver másVer menos

Great workout
Great instead of ropes cause you can use it at your own house, great for the Hand eye coordination and an excellent ab workout not to mention your arms
