Awesome Punching Bag
I wanted something my teens and I could use together. I am glad I gave this a try. Setting it up was simple. I filled the base with sand and inflated the bag. Putting the sand in was a bit tricky. Once it wad done, the bag felt very solid.The bag stands up well, even when we hit it hard. The height and size work perfectly for all of us. It does not take up much space. The material feels strong. The bag absorbs impact well and does not wobble.I like that it is easy to move. We can place it in a corner or shift it around the garage. My kids enjoy practicing their kicks and punches. The bag seems very durable and feels like it will last a long time if treated well. Overall, it was worth every penny. Sturdy and Great for Stress Relief

Light weight , easy to inflate . Good for beginners
Update . Quality ended up to be not good , started to fall apart in few weeks .This kick box bag is good for beginners to train the hand on kicking , not heave weight . Easy ti inflate and install , stable on the floor .

Great for home workouts
I bought this punching bag to train at home and I really like it. It was easy to assemble and once the base is filled it stays very stable. I use it to practice punches and some kicks and it feels durable. I also like that it doesn’t require any ceiling installation, which makes it very convenient to use whenever I have time to train.
