Train with confidence and power with the Everlast PowerLock 100 Lb Heavy Bag. A recycled synthetic/natural fiber and sand fill improves impact feedback and strike deadening, and the PVC exterior resists wear and tear punch after punch. An included chain assembly and heavy bag ceiling anchor help you safely mount your bag on a stand or on the ceiling, and the bottom D-ring provides added security.

Seems well made; faux leather, maybe okay outside under cover but we bring it in from outside when it rains. It's heavy, comes complete and ready to hang. Not too pricey comparatively......much better than the previous canvas one.

Easy to set up; heavy bag gloves not needed as the material is easy on your hands and helps with my exercise goals.

Good bag, sand is not dispersed everywhere correct though. Some sides and spots are harder than the other but still a good bag.
