Good Value for a Good Phone
This held a charge for 10 days before it told me it was down to a 20% charge, and needed to be recharged. Battery life is amazing, although I don't really use the phone much, so if you do, I'm sure you'll need to recharge it sooner. Im very impressed with this one, and I have always bought brand new Motorolas before this, but usually kept them for 7-8 years until they sort of died. The cost was fantastic. AT&T PREPAID LOCKED - NOT UNLOCKED
Phone is not unlocked as listed. The phone is locked to AT&T prepaid. The phone won't even boot past the AT&T setup screen as well, so how was this refurbished? I tried three different approaches to get the phone to work. Seller listing items inaccurately without truly testing them. Do not purchase unless you want to waste your time dealing with the return. Exactly as advertised
Phone works great and is exactly as advertised. All the people having problems with it being locked didn't follow the easy instructions. Put sim card in, connect to wifi, sign in. The the phone will update and a window will pop up saying "phone is locked to a certain carrier," (mine was at&t) and to remove your sim, but there is a large button right there that says unlock phone carrier, push that and it says "your phone meets all criteria to be unlocked". Simple and easy to do, and the best part is there wasn't even any visible scuffs or dings in the phone!! Brand new unlocked phone for a fraction of the price!Ver másVer menos

Great low cost phone
I guess like any new phone, it takes a little time to get used to the phone. I did have a few issues with some apps and the phone but all in all , I am pleased with the performance of the phone and would recommend it.

Lies, lies and more lies - DO NOT BUY!!!
Wow, what a piece of garbage. This is not an unlocked phone and do not trust the 90 day return policy, it's a total lie! Phones were from AT&T. Thinking regardless, these should be unlocked, as advertised, I spent months going back and forth with Verison, struggling to get these phones working. With enough of my time wasted, I returned the phones within the 90 day window. Now today, the refund has been processed and of the $249.58 cost for 2x of these crap phones, I get a refund of $19.60. Avoid them at all cost!Ver másVer menos
