  Worth Keeping

  Works as it should. Even though the phone is unlocked and the startup logo is includes Spectrum which I don't have service with them, it would have been nice to know it was there. Other than that, its a good phone. I've stuck to a certain brand for years and decided to try something new and I'm pleased with Samsung Galaxy A16 even though its not the latest but regardless I satisfied with it for my purpose. Has a lot of features I'm still finding out. Nicely made and it was pretty easy to setup. Camera is decent and screen quality suites my needs. Sleek and stylish compliments this phone. I love that you can set it to respond faster or slower within the settings.Ver másVer menos

  Great phone, great price.

  I'm an Android user through and through. Samsung, preferably. This phone wasn't bought new, but you wouldn't know it with the wonderful condition it came in. It's got double the memory as the one I had before. I was able to afford it without having to make payments. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos

  Great delivery and price, burnt in screen.

  The Galaxy A16 is an incredible phone by itself; Samsung has always delivered on their budget line on that front for me, and being able to buy a refurbished, excellent condition one with the carrier I have has been very convenient. I really appreciate the seller with their listing in that regard; however, the only issue is that there is a burn on the screen that was not disclosed. I don't really have an issue with it since there are some fixes, and it's hardly noticeable unless it's just the fight conditions, but it was a shame that I received a burnt-in screen. Otherwise, I can't complain about the price, nor can I complain about the swift delivery.Ver másVer menos

  Phone in perfect condition. Phone's features not good enough for my taste.

  The product came well packed and was in perfect condition. I have no complaints that the seller was responsible for. I wasn't happy with the phone's speed, coming from a Pixel 6a. I'm a bit of a power user and need a snappy phone. This would be fine for someone who uses their phone slower. When I close an app I need it closed now. When I go to settings I need it opened now, not in 1.5 seconds.The camera seemed fine. The Macro lens was cool.Fingerprint reader was okay, not 100% reliable and neither was the facial recognition. Even when facial recognition works perfectly, it'll take you 3-5 seconds to unlock your phone which is way too slow for me. Fingerprint reader unlock takes 1-5 seconds I'd say.Ver másVer menos

  good enough!

  This is my wife's phone. She uses mainly as a phone and lot of web browsing. We use Tello and have never had an issue with this or more A35. Battery life few days, charges relatively quick, Camera pixs OK for our needs. We do not do any gamming or intensive muti tasking but speed is very quick and 90 hz AMOLED screen looks great.   Good first phone.

  Worked very well for the boy. Went on vacation and he loved taking pictures and sending them with this phone. He is an iPad user, but got to know the phone well and liked it's features.
