So worth it, great upgrade
This is such a great product, the screen quality is great. It’s coming from someone who had an iPad eighth generation before. Battery life is so much better. It holds gameplay so much better it’s not glitchy anymore and it seems very durable and it’s very light to carry around and not very heavy.Ver másVer menos

Very impressed. Five stars.
Almost perfect condition. There was only one minor scratch upon inspection, and delivered with 97% battery health. Would absolutely recommend.

Renewed? Brand new
Still under the original Apple warranty, and battery life is at 100%. I don’t think this was renewed at all. Just brand new. That or else they did a killer job. Either way, iPad good.

This is a quality product and is more powerful than the old iPad I had.
Great tech support. I am not a particularly computer savvy person. So, when I bought this iPad Air M3 to run my golf simulator, I was having trouble doing anything more than turning it on. I called Amazon and got someone who didn't seem to know much more than I do - which isn't much - and they referred me to their outsourced tech support. These folks told me they'd get back to me within 72 hours ... unacceptable to me. So, I called back to Amazon and got a most delightful young woman who walked me through setting it up with no problem. I would give her a 5 rating (or 10 if it were possible) but I downgraded it to 4 because the first guy was ineffective and flat out wrong with his advice. As for the iPad itself, this one is refurbished but looks absolutely brand new.Ver másVer menos
