Totally worth the money. Highly recommended.
Looks cool, works great with caveats. More on that later. The good: The relay and other wiring is first class. Easy to wire and is flawless in operation. The projector beam is sharp, the shape of the beam is perfect. Brightness is fantastic. This makes riding my bike at night in the rain much safer. The not great: The design of the light puts the the yellow chip above the white chip. So if you have a beam aimed for white light, the yellow light (which you switch to if you don't want white) is not aimed correctly. Nothing to be done about it, that's just how the chips have to aligned if you want dual color. When I use both at the same time, the yellow is aimed from the tire to about 30 feet in front of the bike, with the white taking over from that point to horizon. For blacktop road covered with rain at night, it's actually effective but not at freeway speed. Is it worth the money? Absolutely yes. Will you get usable yellow light? No. Usable white light? Absolutely yes. And the "halo" yellow LED ring light is surprisingly visible during the day as a running light. Hopefully this review gives you a realistic expectation of what the light can do for you. For reference, I ride a BMW K1600GTL with a HID active headlight. The stock fog lights are only 12 watts, so these are WAY brighter. I won't ride at night without these lights now that I have them. It's a major upgrade.Ver másVer menos
