Nice Scanner with unique design and materials with solid performance.
This counter top Barcode Scanner performed good in our tests. The most notable feature is the size and weight of the unit. It is constructed out of solid metal and looks like something out of a 1950's Sci-Fi movie. It could double as a security device because you could bludgeon someone with it. All kidding aside, it scans pretty good and picks up very small QR codes. I would rate its speed about in the middle of the pack. It started struggling with rapid fire scanning (one of my distinguishing tests of barcode scanning capability) That could be due to lighting and environmental factors. I just think this thing is kind of cool looking. It would work good in a convenience or liquor store. Is it up to the task for a supermarket or heavy use application, perhaps. The cable is replaceable by removing the panel on the top of the device. It has like a RJ45 connector on the end at a peculiar 45 degree angle. I imagine a replacement cable would have to be purchased from the manufacturer. Most of the barcode scanners I use have commodity cables available in bulk (cables being a wear and tear item that frequently fail in high use situations). Not sure of the cost. Also, this is a reasonably priced unit considering the hefty chunk of metal it is made from. Good scanner. Even better if you like its looks.Ver másVer menos

Reliable, Fast, and Easy to Use – Perfect for Countertop Use
The NetumScan desktop barcode scanner has been a great addition to our setup. While it’s a bit bulkier than I initially expected, the size actually works in its favor — it’s very stable and sits securely on a countertop or next to a register without shifting around.Great for Static Workstations:This is ideal for environments where the scanner doesn’t need to be moved often, such as at a checkout counter or inventory station. Once set up, it just works — fast, accurate scans every time.User-Friendly Features:The sound and light customization options are a great touch. You can easily adjust the volume or brightness depending on the environment, which is perfect for adapting it to retail spaces, back rooms, or quieter areas without causing a disturbance.Efficient and Well-Priced:It handles both 1D and 2D barcodes with ease and has noticeably sped up both our checkout and inventory processes. For the price, the value is excellent — you’re getting reliable, professional-grade performance without spending a fortune.Final Thoughts:If you're looking for a dependable desktop barcode scanner that’s simple to use, customizable, and perfect for a fixed location, the NetumScan is a solid choice. Great speed, great accuracy, and a very worthwhile investment for small business operations.Ver másVer menos

Perfect for collectors fast, accurate, and super convenient
I’m beyond impressed with this barcode scanner. As someone who collects games and game room collectibles, keeping track of a growing inventory can get overwhelming—especially when buying bulk mystery boxes or managing price charting online. This device has been a total game-changer. The hands-free, motion activated omnidirectional scanning is awesome—just place the item near it and boom, it scans instantly. No awkward angling or fumbling required. It reads both 1D and 2D barcodes with speed and precision, and setup was plug-and-play via USB.What really sold me was how effortless it made cataloging my collection. I could zip through dozens of items and get them uploaded to my price tracking system in no time. For serious collectors, small business owners, or anyone managing inventory, this is a rock-solid tool.Highly recommend if you want fast, fuss-free scanning with reliable results.Ver másVer menos

A neat scanner that does the job.
This scanner definitely does the job and it can also pick up barcodes from a good distance away. It's completely easy to usee since it's plug and play, so I didn't have any problems hooking it up and immediately using it. Even though it's a nice desktop scanner, it is a bit on the big side. It's also adjustable, but only up and down. So far, I haven't had any problems with it and it's even picked up barcodes that my other scanners weren't able to read. So overall, this is a great scanner and is currently my main and only one being used.Ver másVer menos

Fast and reliable barcode scanner with solid build quality
This barcode scanner is super quick and reads both 1D and 2D codes effortlessly. The hands-free design makes it easy to use in a busy environment like my store, and it picks up barcodes from different angles without any issues. Setup was simple with the USB connection, and it’s been very reliable for daily use. I also really appreciate the build quality—the feet are made of solid metal, so it feels sturdy and not like a cheap scanner. If you need a scanner for retail or warehouse work, this one’s solid and affordable.Ver másVer menos
