Great product, review after a month
battery health at 81%, it does heats up, the 32GB RAM is true, no visible damage on the chassis. the hdmi port is loose but is working well. Have it for a month, no issues, it has great speakers

Battery health 99% for 5yr old Mac
I am very satisfied. The screen is perfect. Battery health is 99%. Small scuffs here and there, and some discoloration from the asset tag removals. But otherwise, extremely happy. Thank you.

Great laptop
I'm very happy with this purchase. It is a great computer, maxed out with options for a fair market price. I use graphics a lot, and this Mac allows me to do my work without any issues.

Seller never fixed the original problem before listing as Refurbished.
Jan 25, 2026 8:27 PMI received this laptop and it worked without any problems, I noticed a few glitches last month when the computer would just shut down and restart at random. I took the laptop to Apple because one of these times the computer would not restart but got stuck in a loop restart with a screen of (!). When I took this in to a Apple store, they said that this computer had been brought in for service at some time before, and the owner refused service. So now after my three months are up I need to replace the Logic board at $700+ price tag. I contacted the seller told them what happened. they say that after 30days they are not responsible for repairs. This listing was for a "refurbished" computer. It sounds like they didn't fix anything. Sure it worked for the little time that I had to use it, but the problem was still there. Note take the computer to Apple and check it's history. I would never buy from this seller again.Ver másVer menos

My purchase and experience of a used 2021 MacBook Pro
Product came in a timely manner, the laptop was in really good shape, it was clean, well wrapped, I have not used it very much yet but the few times I have it has performed well. I have only recharged the battery twice due to limited use and I am praying that the battery will retain its charge well. The casing looks very good and was maintained well or refurbished well. The laptop came with a charger that is in great shape. I take care of my laptops well so I will assume the apple product will respond well to my use which is light. I was really impressed by the vendor reaching out to me and asking if everything was working well with my purchase. That is impressive.Ver másVer menos

A win for a change.
One word. Pristine. It’s been awhile that my expectations are exceeded to A+. Great battery status, I thought the laptop was new, so whomever owned it treated it very well. Appears to be new Apple brand charger, pic shows after I took off wrapper. Will be using it for Mac and iOS development.Ver másVer menos
