Very nice cameras for the money
Snap to install and setup. Work exactly as described. Good quality product and picture. Very versatile setup and customizable operating options. We put three outside and one in a window so we have coverage totally around the house. Product works best with subscription although does function satisfactorily for free using SD cards. We did get the subscription at $99/ year for unlimited cameras. That's only $8.25 a month or $2.06 per camera at 4 camera you can have as many as you want at the $99/year. Excellent Camera for Light Fixtures
This is one of several cameras I’ve purchased from the Wyze Ecosystem. I bought this camera to use on a small porch attached to the lower level of my house. It works well and captures excellent pictures and videos, both during the day and at night.One thing to note is that unlike the pan/tilt cameras offered by Wyze, this camera doesn’t provide a 360-degree view of an area and needs to be manually positioned. I mistakenly assumed that I could move the camera 360 degrees, but that was my mistake, not Wyze’s.Setting up the camera is quite simple. If this is your first camera within the Wyze ecosystem, you will need to create a Wyze account or download the app. After logging into your account, you can follow the instructions provided in the app to set up the camera. This involves screwing the camera into your light fixture and ensuring that the light switch is turned on. The camera will enter setup mode and then provide instructions to pair it with the app.The camera has both night vision and a built-in LED light. The light can be controlled via the app. One thing to note is that since this camera requires power from the light socket, you’ll need to always leave your light switch “on”. Thankfully, Wyze provides a sticker stating this, which you can attach to your light switch.I live in a two-story house with my router located one floor above where this camera is installed. I haven’t had any connectivity problems, and the camera is responsive.I highly recommend this camera if you need a camera outside where you have a light fixture but don’t have an outlet.Ver másVer menos

Just get it!
We’ve owned this camera for a year and added two more plus a doorbell camera. I can’t believe the quality and ease. They installed in minutes and they don’t require a subscription!! The images are crystal clear, they have SD backup, and everything is so user friendly! I couldn’t be happier. Highly Recommend! (FYI- we did need to order an extender so the camera would sit below the base on our light fixture. The extenders were inexpensive and came in a two pack on Amazon and screwed in to the socket easily)Ver másVer menos

Works fine. Cannot pan & tilt camera electronically, only manually. Nice porch light and live view.
A good product. A little difficult getting it to work through app. One disappointment is that the camera angle has to be set and changed by hand; cannot be changed remotely through app, although from the photos I assumed you could pan it remotely. I used wires to lock it in place to prevent casual thieves from unscrewing it and stealing it from the porch. It was a little clunky setting up automatic routines for it, such as when the light is to be turned off and on. And a lot of capabilities are prevented unless you pay for a monthly subscription. But if you want a live view of a package arrival, or who is at the door, it works fine. And in theory you can record everything if you buy a SD card to stick in it; although I have yet to test out finding a past event; it would probably be difficult and time consuming... assuming some kid on the block didn't pull the SD card out of the bottom of the camera to use on their game system.Ver másVer menos

Great Security at a Low Price!
Great cameras, easy setup, no bridge needed, good motion detection. Ive had wyze cameras for years, I like these for ease of use. In the past plugging in the cameras and pulling down cameras for charging have been an issue, I like that there is no maintenance, along as the light switch is on, the cameras are on. Add a memory card and save on the need for the subscriptions.Honestly the subscriptions are not a bad deal if you pay annually either. Wyze cameras offer the best deal to protect your home!Ver másVer menos

Good Product
I got a couple of these on sale during Prime Day. They have a very high quality camera and the view from them is outstanding. I have one over my garage door looking up the driveway and it captures everything crystal clear. Easy to install once you have the Wzye app.Ver másVer menos

This didn't work as well as i wanted it to. Let down by it.
Good•••Picture quality during the daytime is actually decent. Better then my V3 cameras. This has an awesome FOV compared to the V3. Nighttime color night vision was terrible IMO compared to the V3. Really washed out and lacking color compared to my old V3.Bad•••Camera was constantly flickering while watching the live view thru the app for some reason. Restarting the camera would fix it temporarily, but it would start doing it again. I like to keep a Samsung tablet with the Wyze app open on my end table as a way to be able to view my cameras at any time. Never had an issue with the V1 cameras nor the V3 cameras when they were hardwired inside or outside. This bulb camera flickering was annoying.The color night vision on this camera was terrible compared to the older V3. The bulb camera was installed less than 6 inches from where one of my V3 cameras was installed so i know it's not a location issue. The color night vision on this camera was very dark and lacking color TBH. Actually kind of let down by how bad it was compared to the V3. Daytime the camera is amazing, nighttime... not so much.Also the light in this does what it wants. I tried putting it on a schedule at night, didn't come on at the 10pm time i scheduled it to. When I turned it on, didn't go off at 6am when scheduled to. It was still on at 7:30am when took the kid to the bus stop. Also why isn't there any Google or Alexa integration with the bulb like the inside bulb? Makes no sense the bulb isn't a smart bulb... it's 2026 ffs.Wanted to like it, i did in some aspects, but the issues with the flickering and poor color night vision have let me down on this Wyze bulb cam. The WYZE Camera is an excellent security upgrade for any home. The video quality is sharp, even at night, and the bright floodlights provide great visibility. Motion detection is responsive, the app is easy to use, and installation was straightforward. Muy fácil de instalar, se tiene que acomodar con la mano y no tiene movimiento mecánico, cosa que se hubiera podido mejorar y no he encontrado la manera de automatizar la iluminación a mi gusto, gran calidad de imagen

Does as advertised
So far so good, impressed with ease of use and cheap app. Video quality is adequate for my needs. My house wasn't wired for a door bell and did not want to mess with battery operated units with winter months. This is a good solution.

Good Product
Worth the wait, from USA to UAE... packaging is excellent and no damage at all after receiving the product. Set Up? No hassle, easy to set up and friendly user using the wyze apps. Quality? Audio a bit delay in the sound but acceptable still, Video is almost the same for SD and 2K definition no difference at all. Design? Absolutely unique and perfect..Ver másVer menos

That's some good tracking
Highly recommend. Easy setup and with a sd card its free no subscription needed of course you can buy more features but the base free plan using a sd card is above anything else in this price range. App Easy to use the tracking ai is amazing for being free picks up are cat the suv and people from 30 feet away and knows what it is and send a notification stating what it sew .Ver másVer menos
