Five stars all around.
I honestly could not be happier with this purchase. Buying a used phone online can always feel a little risky, especially when it is a high value item like an iPhone 16 Pro, but this seller completely exceeded every expectation I had from start to finish.First off, shipping was handled extremely professionally. One thing that immediately stood out to me was the added security feature requiring the one time passcode upon delivery. That gave me so much peace of mind knowing that the package could not simply be dropped off or stolen from my doorstep. For an expensive device like this, that level of care says a lot about how seriously the seller takes customer satisfaction and secure delivery. It made the entire process feel much safer and more trustworthy. When the package arrived, everything was exactly as described, if not better. The phone was packaged very carefully and securely with plenty of protection to make sure there was no movement or damage during shipping. As soon as I opened it, I was honestly shocked at the condition. Calling this phone "used" almost feels inaccurate because it looks and feels practically brand new. There were no visible scratches on the screen, no dents on the frame, no chips around the camera lenses, and no signs of wear that you would normally expect from a pre owned device. The finish still has that fresh out of the box shine to it. Even the buttons feel crisp and responsive, and the charging port is spotless. It genuinely looks like a phone that was barely touched.Performance wise, this iPhone 16 Pro is flawless. Setup was incredibly easy, activation went smoothly, and every feature works exactly as it should. Face ID works instantly, the touchscreen is highly responsive, the cameras are crystal clear, speakers sound amazing, and battery health is excellent. The phone runs fast, smooth, and without any lag whatsoever. It truly performs like a factory new device.Another huge plus was that the seller was extremely accurate in their description. There were no surprises, no hidden flaws, and no misleading information. In fact, I would say the actual condition was better than what I was expecting based on the listing. That is something I really appreciate because honesty is rare when buying refurbished or used electronics online.I have purchased used phones before from other places and usually there is always at least some compromise, whether cosmetic wear, battery issues, or functionality concerns. That was not the case here at all. This felt like receiving a premium new phone while paying a used price, which is exactly what every buyer hopes for.The iPhone 16 Pro itself is an amazing phone, but getting one in this condition made the deal even better. Beautiful display, lightning fast speed, excellent camera quality, and the oversized screen is perfect. Combined with the seller’s secure shipping, accurate description, and like new quality, this has been one of the best online purchases I have made in a long time.I would absolutely buy from this seller again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a used or refurbished phone. If you are on the fence, do not be. This arrived looking nearly untouched, functioning perfectly, and with delivery security that made the entire buying experience stress free.Ver másVer menos
