Great new-to-me iPhone for an affordable price for basic user!
Although my iPhone 6S Plus still works just as well as when I first bought it, it cannot connect to Airtag 2nd generation in the Find My app, so I wanted to get an updated iPhone to use modern Airtags (2nd gen), the Find My app, and the Apple Podcasts app, which has a fantasic auto-generated transcripts feature.I originally got a Renewed/Refurbished iPhone 12, but the battery life was disappointing when compared to iPhone 6S Plus. I paid a few bucks more and upgraded to the iPhone 13 Renewed Premium. It was really worth it!A renewed premium/refurbished iPhone 13 has everything you need for a modern smartphone in 2026:1. One-year warranty/return period with Amazon. It came with a checklist and a list of all the refurbished/replacements done to the device in the Service History in the About screen on the iPhone. I got 100% battery life since the battery and logic board were replaced.2. It can run iOS 26, which has a lot of cool, quality-of-life features compared to my iPhone 6S Plus: MagSafe wireless charging, StandBy mode to turn it into a desk calendar/clock screen when horizontal and charging with MagSafe, Category grouping in Mail, Face ID unlock is quick and easy to set up and is blazing fast unlocking the iPhone.3. The 6.1-inch screen and power button did have hairline scratches, but they disappear with a screen protector and a case, so I don't mind. The display still looks great for 60 Hz! I do not play games on my smartphones, so I don't care about it.The only negatives:1. iPhone 13 is heavier and thicker than the iPhone 12.2. I don't think the camera focus of either back lens is as sharp as the iPhone 6S Plus. It takes a long time to focus, especially for close-up shots, and boke is not reliable.I am hoping to keep it for another 5 years, as I trust the quality of Apple and its refurbishment partners.Ver másVer menos

excellent condition
I’m very happy with this renewed iPhone 13. It arrived in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or damage. The battery health was better than I expected, and the phone works like new. Setup was quick, the screen is bright and responsive, and the cameras take great photos. The 256GB storage gives me plenty of space for apps, pictures, and videos. Overall, this was an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable refurbished iPhone.Ver másVer menos

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECK OUT, YOU WILL BE THANKFUL YOU DID!!
Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Excellent Phone with Great Performance
I’ve been using the iPhone 13 for a while now, and I’m very impressed. The battery lasts all day, the camera takes sharp and beautiful photos, and the phone is fast and responsive. The display is bright and clear, making videos and browsing enjoyable. It was easy to set up, and everything works smoothly. Renewed Premium Phone, But Incorrect Battery Information
We purchased this iPhone 13 Renewed Premium as a gift and specifically chose the Premium condition expecting everything to match the description exactly.The phone itself arrived in very good cosmetic condition and looked almost new. However, inside the box there was an inspection card clearly stating that the battery health was “90%+ confirmed.” After turning on the phone and checking the battery settings, the actual battery health showed only 89%.One percent may not sound significant, but when customers pay extra for the Premium version and receive written certification inside the package, the information should be accurate. Otherwise, it feels misleading.Overall the phone seems to work fine, but the battery condition did not match the included inspection report.Makes me question how carefully these devices are actually inspected.Ver másVer menos

Great for the price as a starter phone.
Phone was ordered under GOOD condition. Front glass and back glass no no scratches at all. Frame around got a few stuff marks but phone case will hide it. It was unlocked as advertised and it came with charging cable. Everything is working great.
