  Safe cat - happy cat parent

  This harness and leash was perfect for my cat. It is escape proof and bright orange helps to always keep an eye on him. Good quality, size as directed. It is not a stiff fabric, light weight so it lays comfortably on his chest. It takes seconds to use .

  Well deigned harness

  This cat harness is easy to put on . My cat is not too happy with it on.. I use it on my kitty when I go camping, and I want her to get some outside time. She hasn’t gotten out of it thus far. The size is accurate. It is designed well and the fit seems comfortable.Ver másVer menos

  Probably the best option for a cat harness right now

  If your cat will tolerate any harness, this is a solid option. Fully adjustable and moderately easy to increase or decrease the harness size depending on your cat.Sizes run a bit on the large end, so even if you have a medium-large cat like mine, a small harness will fit them perfectly. If you have a large cat like a Norwegian Forest or a Main Coon, you probably want the "medium".The harness seems quite secure, and my cat has not been able to worm his way out of this one, which was a problem for some of the other brands.Once on, my cat does not seem to mind it, although he constantly "Crouches" while wearing it. I think he feels the harness on the back, and believes his back is scraping up against something.Getting it on is the difficult part, and many cats will not tolerate ANY harness. I got scratched a few times today. One I deserved, as I snapped in the clip and caught a few of his hairs in the process. Sorry buddy!I recommend introducing the harness slowly before attempting the put it on your pet. Start off by just placing it next to them. Once they become accustom to it, then place the harness on top of them without making them wear it. This will help them get their scent on it, which is very important for animals. Once they are comfortable with that, extend the harness to its largest size and attempt very gently to make them wear the harness. If they tolerate that, take off the harness and make adjustments until its reasonably snug and secure.This harness also comes with a leash and a seat-belt buckle. I don't see myself ever using the seat-belt buckle attachment, as any animal unsecured in a crate can be dangerous in a moving car. Perhaps your situation is different, but please do not assume the attachment is safe for the animal or your vehicle until you have examined it for yourself. The last thing you want is to be distracted while driving because your cat has tangled himself with the seat-belt attachment.Overall, good product and exactly what I was looking for!Ver másVer menos

  Nice design, but not secure enough for my larger cat

  The harness looks nice and the material feels soft and lightweight. I also like that it has reflective strips and comes with a leash, so the overall idea is good for walking or short outdoor time.However, it did not work well for my orange cat, who is around 20 lbs. The cable/leash felt too loose on him, and the fit did not feel secure enough for me to fully trust it as escape-proof. It may work better for a smaller cat or a cat with a different body shape.Overall, the product has some good features, but for my larger cat it was not the best fit, so I’m giving it 3 stars.Ver másVer menos

  It is not, in fact, escape proof

  I'm writing this to warn other cat parents if your cat gets freaked out by any outside happenings, they WILL be able to get out of this thing. I was hanging out on the back deck with my orange tabby when the wind blew a little too hard and caused our umbrella to lift up. Maize freaked out and ran from me. I had the leash looped around my wrist and gently pulled on it to keep him from running under the deck, and he was able to immediately slip out of it! 😭 Mind you this thing fit him perfectly, maybe even a little snug, because he's a chonk. Thankfully, he knew safety meant running towards our back door, (instead of the river and woods behind our house😭) so I immediately opened it and let him run in as the umbrella was collapsing around us.I think the problem is that the back clamps are not sewed all the way down to the end like I have seen on other harnesses. This creates WAY too much wiggle room. I'm trying to show in the pictures what I'm talking about.Cat picture for tax paymentVer másVer menos
