  This is a very reliable and responsive seller.

  This is the 2nd. item I've purchased from Ecoflow. The ease of use with the 1st. smaller power source (River2) led me to buy this larger one. Also the River 2 is very reliable. The only downside for me is the shipper, Fedex, they use. They leave my packages in my driveway rather than bring them to my front porch. The solar panel was too bulky and heavy for me to carry so it sits in my shed waiting for my daughter to visit and bring it in the house for me.Ver másVer menos

  Exactly what they tell you!

  I love it. I tried it with my fridge, the sump pump, a light, my phone, we used the blender, and it was running perfectly. The panel was charging it at a 142W on a cloudy day.

  First year started out great, but now not so much.

  Got this bundle during October sales of 24 & it worked as advertised for a year, so I took the opportunity to get the battery expansion in October of 25 sale season. Within a month of getting the expansion it started acting up & saying it was getting low voltage & not wanting to charge, but it seemed to pull out of it after a firmware update. Then about 2 months after that I looked at the expansion battery light not being lit up & checked the unit, 0% battery level & goes black the second you pull the AC cord.Started emailing with EF CS & they ran me through various troubleshooting solutions... At a clip of at least 2-3 days between replies & none of them would work, so they finally offered a refurb unit that will still carry the original warranty... It's been almost 2 weeks since they said they'd get back to me shortly with a printable shipping label.The generator looks great & has better app & options than the Jackery I have, but the Jackery has never failed to deliver me power when I need it, which is far more important than bells & whistles. If anyone ever asks me about which solar generator to get, I'll tell them someone other than EcoFlow that's for sure.Ver másVer menos

  Awesome!!

  I took this on a 6 day camping trip because I use a cpap machine and wanted to be able to run it without a generator. I tested before camping and using the heated tube and humidifier i got 2 nights off it. I was happy. While camping however I turned off the heated tube and humidifier and got 4 yes you read that right 4 nights and I charged the phone. The 400 watt solar panel charged the unit in a cpl hours. My friend that has a bluetti said he would be getting one of these in the future. This is 1 happy camper.Ver másVer menos
