Amazing Refurbished iPad.
This is my first Renewed purchase so I was worried what the condition would be like when I finally received the package. I have to admit that I shouldn’t have anything to worry about. This iPad arrived in a near mint condition with the iPad design looking flawless. I also checked the battery health to see what the battery life was looking and this is incredible. The battery is at 100% capacity and only 39 cycles count. I do hope to enjoy this iPad Air for an extended amount of time.I’m a frugal and practical person when it comes to these high $$ tech devices. I don’t like to upgrade to the latest generation each year. I like to keep on using the same device until the performance drops significantly or there is no more security update for the current model. That is what made me upgrade from my OG iPad Pro 13 because September last year was the last security update for that device. This time I moved away from the iPad Pro and wanted just a nice, basic 13” iPad. I found that overall I used my iPad Pro 13 inch as my home device to watch videos and surf the internet. So far this is doing everything I needed. Now I’m all set to use this for the foreseeable future.Ver másVer menos

Incredible price for an incredible device -- big for me but maybe not for you!
This was an incredible device at an unbelievable discount! I could not find a single scratch on it. The device came with a glass screen protector pre-installed. When the battery health was checked it showed 100% and that the device had only been charged a handful of times. The screen was incredibly bright. The iPad was heavier than I was used to (I have an iPad mini), but that was to be expected. I wasn't ready for just how tall and wide it was! I found it cumbersome and felt conspicuous when I took it out of my backpack. On the second day I started getting warnings about storage space (I got the 128 GB version), which was unexpected. I didn't want to compromise on storage and the size was too much for me, so I returned it. I settled on an 11-inch, 256 GB.Ver másVer menos

Lied about the condition of the device. Far from excellen. And extremely poorly packaged.
This is the issue with refurbished units. The condition was listed as "Excellent" which states that the device should have no scratches on the screen. When I received this device. There was an extremely deep scratch on the display (The kind that catches your entire fingernail) and several pock marks in the display as well. The packaging was also laughable. It was packaged in the flimsiest box with the charger and cable stuffed against the display and a single layer of bubble warp to protect the device. Then the whole thing was placed in a fedex bubble mailer envelope. I'm frankly shocked it didn't have further damage from that alone. The back and sides were fine. And the device booted well enough. But that is far from being "excellent" quality. Extremely disappointed in what I received.Ver másVer menos
