Watch the video. These cameras are awesome.
Intuitive annd easy to use app, huge plus here. Comes with everything you need to install system.Within a day I had these cameras installed and sending push notifications to my iPhone. The beauty of this system is that I can control the motion settings to only send my notifications when a person/vehicle/animal is detected in the field of view of the camera. The auto tracking AI feature is a game changer. I only need 3 cameras instead of 4 to cover everywhere I wanted. If I had got other cameras that are stationary I would have need more cameras to cover the area.4k quality 8MB is solid, you can make out faces no problem.Setup and install was tough for me because I had to crawl in an attic filled with insulation but I did all this because wired cameras are a must have for anyone taking their security seriously. WiFi cameras can be jammed with a simple tool thieves buy online. Trust me on that my car was stolen out of my driveway and none of my cameras caught anything!Cons- No Zoom. The fix to this is adding on one camera that has a zoom feature. Reolink has them for sale.For the install to look clean I used a 1” spade bit to drill through the soffit in my house and choose the ceiling mount. The side mount bracket does look cleaner but I’m happy with this. I bought some 1” white circular plugs to hide the wires. See pictures.Ver másVer menos

Robust Quality and Features
An excellent system so far - used for 2 weeks, 4 cameras with the NCR. Love the tracking option and depending on your level of IT experience, more options than you can imagine for a lower dollar system like this. Overall, very impressed and hope the quality continues for years to come. Finally feel as if we have a solid home security system. As a side note, while this comes with a mouse, you'll need a monitor for the NCR - nothing fancy but its critical to make adding cameras easy if you decide to upgrade as we plan to by adding wireless cameras to the wired system at the house.Ver másVer menos

Best 4K Cámaras
Greattttt cameras! I highly recommend them. The image quality is very clear with 4K resolution, the built-in light is a great feature, and the motion detection works perfectly. They provide excellent security and peace of mind. Definitely a great purchase!

Good quality, easy to install, but
It was quite simple to setup and run the wires along the house, setting up the NVR was quite easy too. Only thing to note is while this camera has a pan and tilt function, they have the SD card slot for the camera on the inside of the black part in the middle of the camera, if you point the camera all the way down you'll see it. It has a rubber cap but when tilting the camera dowm, then trying to tilt it back up the camera doesn't fully go back up anymore this is due to that rubber cap getting caught on the white camera body. The motor is too weak to overcome this so you can either set the up and down tilt manually, and never touch it, or duct tape it down so it won't get caught, and the camera glides over it smooth. Other than that it has decent night vision, everything seems quality, the software is decent. The price is a bit much, but the cameras are good quality so it's understandable.Ver másVer menos

Great system.
I waited a while to write this review. The cameras work great. The tracking works good. The picture is good. I added a couple of wide angled cameras as well. I love this system is expandable with multiple different types of cameras and once installed, upgrading will be easy in the future with cat5 connections for all the cameras.The app works really good (way better than my amcrest or wyze) I would say to buy this just for the app. One example is not having to pay extra for features like filtering types of movement, wyze charges for that! I understand charging for cloud storage but not built in features...If you set alerts for people movement and you get an alert, you can be 97% sure there is a person in front of that camera.I am happy I picked this system.Ver másVer menos

Edited. Worst customer service ever. Decent product. Luckily, im decently handy.
Up until a chat with a rep at Reolink a few mins ago, I was prepared to give this system 5 shiny stars! And im sick abt it! This system had everything I've been looking for. PTZ cameras that weren't dual ( I already have a set of those). Kinda annoying to have 2 screens for each camera. Amazing 4k resolution with a crisp clear image. NVR with continuous recording with at 2TB HDD. Motion tracking. Not only does this system continuously record it also event records and organizes them into clips. Smart color night bc i didnt want IR night light. The system is pretty easy to navigate once you figure it out. The installation was pretty easy and straight forward. It took more time planning where to put the cameras than actually putting them up. I do however wish the ethernet cords were longer. 60 ft really just isn't long enough, 100 ft should be standard imo. I also feel like these systems should come with patch cords just incase. But I digress. The system itself works great but what did it in for me personally is that the system is not wifi capable. IT IS 2026. What device is not capable of wireless connection? The system must be directly hardwired/plugged into your router. Not a single device in my home is hardwired into my router. Zero. 3 desktops, 5 laptops, 5 tvs, 2 security systems, appliances, etc. They operate on wifi. None are even in proximity to do so. I will note that my 2 previous systems cost less than half of this and had wifi capability. And to add further upset to injury, if you are unable to connect directly you will not be able to use the Reolink App either. And that's a big part of having a system for me. Being able to check in wirelessly. I'm sooo upset. All the effort to install in the Texas summer heat, to now only have to tear it all down and start over.
