Very effective!
I use this because I was showing symptoms of atherosclerosis. These ingredients have been shown to help reverse that but I didn't expect how quickly things would change. I had been struggling edema in my legs and within days of using this daily the edema is almost completely gone. I have struggled with this problem for years. This is a product that anyone could really be using just to maintain blood vessel health. It is great for athletes but also for other people. I highly recommend this. I take two tablets twice a day because the recommendation is for so I split it up between mornings and evenings. No side effects. Higher energy. Very easy to use and swallow.
