Great product!
I just received this yesterday so I can’t vouch for how well this product will hold up, but my initial impression is that it is a quality product that works as advertised. The pump was about 3/4 charged when I received it. I fully charged it overnight so I could see how much one inflation/deflation cycle would drain the battery. This morning I got out my board and put the pump through its paces. The set up was easy. Screw the hose on to the inflate outlet, screw the correct connection onto the end of the hose (in my case, a Halkey Roberts), long press the power button (2 sec.), set the PSI using +/- button, connect the hose to the board, short press the power button. It takes longer to explain than to do. Inflating my YOLO 11 footer took less than 15 minutes. Deflating took less than 10 minutes. At the end of the process I still had 3/4 battery left, so I guess you could do at least 3 boards on one charge. The pump didn’t heat up much. Noise level was not bad, about the same as my previous pump, a Tuomico. There are only two items I wish had been included with the pump. One is a carrying bag. I was able to cram it into the bag for the Tuomico but the two pumps are shaped differently and it was a kind of tight fit with the hose etc. I decided to spring for a bag made by Amiumuca, which appears like it will fit the Shark 2S and has a separate compartment for accessories. We’ll see when it arrives. The other thing I wish it came with is a charger block. The pump will take up to a 45 W charger. I used a 35w charger from Apple and it worked fine. However, I wanted to get a charger I could keep in the bag with it, so I ordered a 45 w charger made by X-IT TECH. One thing to keep in mind is that the charger cable that comes with the pump has a USB-A on one end and a USB-C on the other, so you’ll want to get a charging block with a USB-A output port. There is a USB-A port on the pump but it is only for output, to charge other devices from the pump battery. There is also a 6 v DC port but that is only for slow charging or connecting to a vehicle cigarette lighter type port. Well, thats my conclusions based on brief acquaintance with this product. I plan on updating this review when I’ve had more experience.Ver másVer menos

Great value and easy to use!
After doing a ton of research, I decided on this pump because it seemed like the best bang for the buck, and I’m glad I did. I really like that it can be used with or without a power source, which makes it much more versatile than many other pumps.It is a little larger than I expected, but once you see what it’s capable of, the size makes sense. It also comes with multiple nozzles, so it should work with just about any inflatable paddleboard. Setup and operation are very straightforward.One thing to note is the inflation time. The description says it can inflate a 10’6” board in about 8 minutes and 40 seconds. In my experience, it’s taken closer to 12–15 minutes each time. That’s still much faster and easier than pumping by hand, but it’s worth knowing before you buy.Also, the pump is designed to run for up to 30 minutes before needing a 30-minute cool-down period. If you’re inflating more than two boards back-to-back, you’ll want to plan for that.Overall, this is a great SUP pump, especially for the price. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has made getting out on the water so much easier. I’m very happy with my purchase!Ver másVer menos

Pump will not fully charge after two uses
I purchased this and used it twice. Inflated and deflated two SUPs twice and now it won't fully charge despite being on the charger for over 24 hours. I used the charging cable sent with the unit and the same adapter to charge the item when I first received it without any issues. For the price, I would think the battery charge would last longer than two uses. Very, very disappointed. Going to try and replace this item and see if the next one will work longer than two uses.Ver másVer menos

Works well to inflate SUP
The Outdoor Master Shark 2S works exactly as expected, inflating a standard sized iRock SUP from "flat" to 18 lb with no effort or even monitoring. It does take 5 plus minutes and the inflator is fairly loud. I have inflated only one SUP at a time, but have inflated it twice on a single charge. The controls are not as intuitive as one might hope.....it is necessary to push the on button to light up the screen and set the desired pressure, then push the on button again to begin inflation. The screen can be difficult to view in bright sun, but a hand shading it cures the issue. Very minor issues. Unit appears well made and sturdy. I appreciated the box easily accommodates the pump, hose, and all fittings without wrestling to fit things in. Hose and fittings attach to unit easily and have thoughtful design. I recommend this product and would buy again.Ver másVer menos

Mind the gasket
Just took this out for the first time. I struggled with the adapter for my SUP. Quickly realized the gasket for that connector was a little too thick. I swapped the gasket with my manual pump and it hooked right up. Inflation was seamless after that. The deflation was great as well made folding and packing up the board so easy!Ver másVer menos
