Tastes great, inexpensive, and it does the job!
I am an average caffeine-dependent 48 year old female who is getting back in shape after years of body neglect (desk job, sedentary lifestyle, weight gain, perimenopause). There are a million pre-workout products out there, so I was prepared to go through the trial and error trying to find one that worked for me. I decided on this brand because I bought some of their protein powder during a Prime Day sale and loved it! I love the pre workout too! It kicks in within 30 minutes, tastes great, and gives me SUPER concentration! It’s always a little gritty at the bottom, but I also drink it within a few minutes of mixing. Gives me extreme energy and focus for at least 3 hours. **I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are caffeine or stimulant sensitive.**Ver másVer menos

Effective, at a great price point.
I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can't say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.Ver másVer menos

This is the best pre workout I’ve tried. First off, the flavor is amazing which makes it really easy to go down and there are no uncomfortable side effects. It really does boost my performance when I do extremely intense workouts, allowing me to do harder for longer periods of time.Ver másVer menos

Good and affordable pre work out option, the energy is long lasting and it does not get you overly stimulated.
