Fun, family-friendly gameplay with great functionality
I bought Bluey: The Videogame for Nintendo Switch for my granddaughter for Christmas, and it was an instant hit. She’s a big Bluey fan, and this game really brings the show to life in a way she could easily enjoy.The functionality is very kid-friendly and simple to use. The controls are easy to learn, which meant she was able to start playing without needing constant help. It includes smooth character movement, interactive tasks, and guided gameplay that keeps her engaged without being overwhelming or confusing.I also liked how the game is structured. It encourages exploration, mini activities, and story-based play, which keeps things interesting without being too fast-paced or complicated. The menus are straightforward, and switching between activities or characters is easy and intuitive.The graphics are bright and colorful, matching the show perfectly, and the overall performance on the Switch runs smoothly with no noticeable issues during gameplay.Overall, this was a great Christmas gift. Great Beginner Game for Kids, especially Bluey Fans
We purchased this game for our 6-year-old to play on a Switch Lite, and it’s been a great choice. The gameplay is simple and age-appropriate, making it easy for young kids to play without getting frustrated.A standout feature is that the game reads instructions and prompts out loud. This allows my child to play independently without needing constant help, which is a big plus for busy parents. The controls are easy to understand, and the pacing is calm rather than overstimulating.The graphics, characters, and music stay true to the Bluey show, which makes it especially enjoyable for fans. Great first video game for elementary school kid. Collaborative and good directions for new users in the game.

Bluey switch game
Got this for my 5 year old she loves it. Some parts are a little difficult so she needs help but overall good game for younger kids. Theres alot of things to do and characters from the show.

Perfect intro to gaming
I grabbed this for my three-year-old, and it’s been a huge hit. Since she’s already obsessed with the show, she was instantly interested.I was worried it might be too hard, but it’s actually very forgiving. She’s really starting to get the hang of the switch now, which is fun to watch. It’s super cute, very chill, and feels just like an episode of the cartoon. If you have a toddler you want to introduce to the Switch, this is definitely the one to start with.Ver másVer menos

Get this for kids, no yourself
As an adult gamer, with over 25 years of gaming, this game has issues. The animations are basic (not a complaint), but somehow seem LAGGY, and the audio is out of sync, as well as the minigames being very short.As a DAD, with a 5 year old just getting into gaming, the controls are simple, the games easy to follow, the prompts pretty clear (at least to me, so I can help him understand), and it ALWAYS tells you the buttons. Which for a 5 year old starting to play, is a GOOD thing. I personally rapidly get the muscle memory, so then forget the button, but just "play". He doesn't, so having it always prompt you with "y" to pickup, or "b" to jump at each use, is good. And the controls are designed so you can use a single joy con per player, for 4 player LOCAL gaming, and NOT feel like you are losing out by missing buttons. The only thing as a DAD I can complain about is, since all the characters are controlled in a single camera view, the room switch (IE when the "lead" character changes rooms) is too aggressive, often leaving one of the players having to "guess" at how to get out. The door ways "jump" too quickly when a character leaves the room, before ensuring ALL active characters are on a solid path to exit a room.I also did notice a couple times when I was trying to help the 5yo navigate, my character would suddenly "appear" near by, which I actually don't hate for this style game. Makes sure no one is "lost" for TOO long, at least if the "missing" character is idle. Not sure it will teleport the off screen character if they are still moving themselves.Ver másVer menos
