Well done Mario/ Sonic sport game
Really fun Mario and Sonic game. There are both story mode for solo play (I've played some of it and it's been really fun) and there are also quick game mode for either solo (which I've also been doing and also fun) or multi-player (couch co-op) (which I've yet to try). There are two main modes for the quick game non story mode- the 2020 Tokyo games, and the mid-century Tokyo games from the last century. There are a lot of sport games represented - from team sports like soccer and volleyball to individual sports like rock climbing and surfing. The 2020 games have a bunch of sport games, and the maybe about 8 sports for the retro looking one's from mid-century.There is a nice amount of Mario and Sonic characters offered for the 2020 Olympics and about 8 or so characters for the retro mid-century Tokyo games.The story mode does include both the modern and retro games along with going around a map and traveling between Olympic buildings on a map and learning about the venues historical importance by talking to the npcs scattered around the venues. In story mode there are also fun mini games you unlock through gameplay that you can also then play off one of the menu options any time you want to play them again once unlocked.There are also 3 games that have been Mario/Sonic-ized special games included in the 2020 quick mode - a skateboard racing game, a karate game I think, etc. I really enjoy the racing one.Any way this is a great game, really fun, and recommend it for anyone who enjoys Mario and Sonic, as well as anyone who likes family friendly sports games. Also recommend as it is a really good value for multiple game modes and for the wide variety of sport games.Ver másVer menos
