Great for quick cup of tea or hot chocolate.
Great little electric tea kettle without breaking the bank. I use this thing almost daily. Boils very quickly, easy to clean, and one button operation with an auto-shutoff. It lights up when heating, so not only does it click when it's done, but the light also turns off. Stainless steel boiler plate with a glass bowl. Very strong and sturdy. The glass will be hot when boiling, so keep out of reach of kids, but the handle is perfectly cool to the touch and safe to grab. It's also not too loud when boiling. You will get residue buildup on the boiler plate and glass over time, but all you need to do to get it off is put 2 cups of water and 2 tbsp of white vinegar in the teakettle, boil, and the residue comes right off.
