Fast and easy
Fast, works great. Bought one for my office, one for home. The office pot is used 5 days per week, 2 cups of tea per day. More than month old, public water source, still looks brand new. The one at home is used every day, well water. Works well, have had less time, but glass and bottom (inside) are very discolored. Still does the job though.Ver másVer menos

BEST KETTLE EVER!
Excellent size and automatic shut-off! So simple to use yet looks beautiful when heating up. Regardless of the amount of water you put in, it quickly heats up and the water is hot hot hot! Great quality and glass material!

Fast, Stylish, and Reliable — Boils Water in Minutes, Making it a Great Everyday Kettle
I absolutely love this Chefman Electric Kettle. It boils water fast — two cups in under three minutes — which makes it perfect for tea, oatmeal, ramen, or anything that needs hot water quickly. The 1.8L capacity is generous, and the 1500W power means I never have to wait long.The blue LED lights are a nice touch because they make it easy to see when the kettle is heating, and they shut off automatically once it reaches a boil. I also appreciate the removable lift‑off lid, which makes filling and cleaning simple. Works well, durable and good for traveling.
This is my second one as I left the base in a hotel when I was traveling with it. These heat up fairly quickly and work well for making tea or boiling water for soups. They are fairly easy to clean.The minor downsides are that it's hard to get all of the water out when rinsing it out. I keep a plastic bag to put it in when traveling so I don't have to worry about it dripping any potentially tea stained water into my luggage. The bottom of the pot will get some surface rust, it doesn't seem to affect the water quality. The only annoying thing is that it tends to boil over when filled to the max level. The auto shut off allows it go briskly boil before shutting off, so it gets agitated and dribbles tea down the sides if left unattended. I just watch it and listen for the whooshing noise to lower which happens when it is about to boil, and shut it off. The cord is a few feet long so it works best on countertops with counter level outlets. I do like that it's clear so I can see when the tea is steeped enough. The unit doesn't appear to change the water taste.Ver másVer menos

Heats up super fast! Large capacity kettle for a good price
This is an attractive kettle that heats up very quickly! I bought it to heat the distilled water for my nasal irrigator and it takes seconds to get it to 85° - I usually don't shut it off in time and have to also add water directly from the jug to cool it down! Very fast to boil, auto shut off, and the blue glowing light while the kettle is active is a nice aesthetic touch. Large capacity, solidly made.Ver másVer menos
