I use this before training. 2 scoops in 10oz of water. I use a regular shaker bottle and never taste any grit even on the last drink. Pretty good for energy but most important for me is the muscle repair afterwards. Since I started using this, I am recovering much faster than before. It says no more than 2 scoops in a 24 hr period, but suggests 3 scoops for intense workout. Lol Before I read the directions I was taking 2 before class and 2 after. Nothing negative happened. Ive dialed it back because it runs out quick. I am on the monthly renewal plan and always run out before the new one gets here but not enough to need whole other jar. Its cheap enough to try so I would, you might like it too. If you are looking for that ZING and AMPED UP feeling, I dont get that from this. Just fees like good healthy awake energy. Im not kicking any harder, just lasting longer lol. Jar is next to pop can in pic.Ver másVer menos

  TASTE GREAT! GREAT ENERGY!

THE TASTE IS SO GOOD! I FEEL MORE ENERGIZED AFTER DRINKING, THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS GREAT (NO BIG CLUMPS OF ANYTHING) IT'S A GREAT VALUE POINT CONSIDERING ALL THE "GOOD STUFF" THAT IS IN IT. IT DEFINITELY KEEPS ME GOING DURING THE DAY.

Love the flavor and the recovery aid!

Bought this for the sake of the electrolytes but also BCAA plus Energy! It's been a game changer for my workouts! I make sure I take this during my workout.. slowly sipping on it. It aids in recovery, but helps hydrate my body with the amount of fluids I've lost from sweating! I've tried a lot of EVL Nutrition products, I had no doubts with this product! I love it! I'll be purchasing more once I run out!Ver másVer menos

Great as a daily or before your pump

I really liked this Grape Splash flavor. About the right amount of grape, not over-the-top like some of the C4's can get.I get up at 4:00 a.m. in the morning to go to work and started taking two scoops in the morning alongside a cup of coffee and it has made a huge difference in my morning. Not jittery just plenty of energy and mental awareness.Use three scoops before a workout and definitely can feel the increase in energy. I feel I'm able to increase weights and squeeze out a few extra reps. Will definitely be purchasing again.Ver másVer menos
