My go to brand and flavor
My go to for BCAA, just bought a little larger size this time. Doesn’t change the taste or texture and difficulty with mixing. Works great for recovery. I suggest mixing with some other grape flavored drink; juice, Gatorade, Kool-Aid etc. 10-12 ounces.

Very nice taste
My first reaction to this BCAA powder is that this tastes actually pleasant. A little on the sweet taste, but still pretty pleasant for me. 5g of BCAAs and 3 g of glutamine make a respectable amount, and I really enjoy it post-workout (or, to admit my guilt, even later in the day when I usually need a pick-me-up). It mixes very easily in a tall glass of water, and it seems to agree with my body. With it being flu season, I appreciate the vitamin C and zinc in it.The product is made in the USA from probably globally sourced ingredients (not much information there), and there is a GMP seal on the package.On their website, the company claims to donate a meal to people in need - a worthy cause in my opinion.Overall, I think it's a very nice offering. Like with most such supplements, the real questions is whether you like the taste - this one is a little on the sweet side, but to my personal taste, it's nice.Ver másVer menos

New favorite BCAA supplement
I am absolutely loving this flavor! This is going to be my new go to time and time again. I’ve tried a few of the other flavors from different brands like citrus, which is too sweet, and strawberry lemonade, which is all right, but I really enjoy the grape flavor. It is not too sweet and taste really good. I find that the flavor profile of this brand is always spot-on and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this supplement as I’ve seen excellent results since I’ve started taking it (about 2 months now). I find that it’s a night and day difference during my lifting sessions. I can genuinely say that I feel alert, energized and focused without the need for an additional pre-workout or caffeine stimulant, (probably in part due to the added vitamins). Good tasting pre-workout mix
I had a previous BCAA mix that was very effective in providing energy and aslo in making sure my muscles were far less fatigued, but the taste was highly artificial and not that great. This one tastes good and is quite potent. I genuinely enjoy it. The effectiveness of this mix has been high in that I can feel my energy is drastically boosted while working out. Soreness and pain after working out are also drastically reduced as well.The granules, if that's the proper name for them, dissolve very easily and wholly in water which is great. I suppose this does a good job at hydration, but I'm not entirely sure how to measure that. I typically mix this with my creatine powder to cash in on both benefits without having to make two separate mixes. Overall, a quality and enjoyable product.Ver másVer menos
